Deepening of existing tube well by DTH system beyond existing depth upto 100 mtr. and above in all type of rocks including flushing of tube well and obtaining sand free water. (PHEDBSR2021_2.7)

Providing & Lowering in tubewell ISI marked GI Pipe medium duty ("B" class) Steel tube as per IS:1239 or amended up to date and zinc coating as per IS 4736, threaded and double flanged (welded) on both ends and two number 25x3mm MS flat welded on both ends between pipe & flange, rubber washer & nut bolts etc. complete in all respect. Providing and lowering of ISI mark PVC-U casing and screen pipe as per IS : 12818 :2010 or amended upto date having pipe thickness as per IS code suitable for TW and DCB with threading, winding with superior quality of plastic mesh & rope in three layers with end cap complete as per technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge. (PHEDBSR2021_2.34) Medium well casing pipe (CM) suitable for depth above 80 mtr and up to 250 mtr.

Unlowering of submersible pump set along with lowering pipes with depth up to 120 mtr and submersible cable with safety from tube well, checking the pump set, transportation of pump set from tube well site to store as direction, receiving repaired / new pump set from store/ divisional store , testing the same, transportation to site and lowering back into tube well along with submersible cable, lowering pipes, specials etc and commissioning of the tube well. The job also includes cable jointing, checking of discharge of pump set, interconnection of lowering pipe from nearby distribution pipe line, checking of starter and reporting for completion of Job or fault/problem if any.
