M&L for servicing of 1.5/2.0/3.0 TR capacity window/split type AC after disconnecting from electric supply, opening suction & dicharge pipes of outer unit , and removing scratch, dust with iron brush,cleaning condensor unit,compressor, cooling coil/cleaning of fan blade/ cleaning of filter of inner unit etc,with water & air blower including (checking thermostate, starting capacitior, running capacitor) and reinstalling the same at the desired places complete all as specified and directed. Note:Refreigerant Gas shall be measured and paid under respective item here-in-after separately as required and as pre manufacturer instruction.

Taking down/up defective AC (Window/Split Type) 1.5 TR Capacity, Transportation from MES Store Yard/Site to Workshop and Back including re-fixing /re-installing after taking out defective/burnt rotary type Compressor Sealed Unit and providing new Compressor of same Capacity and same make, Flushing of Condenser and Charging with required quantity of appropriate Refrigerant Gas including re-connection of Electric Connections and Testing, complete all as specified and directed. MAKE : KIRLOSKAR/EMERSION/TECUMSEH Note:Refreigerant Gas shall be measured and paid under respective item here-in-after separately as required and as pre manufacturer instruction.
