Material and labour for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze or copper, size 75mmx75mmx25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing conductor 20mmx3mm copper strip, fixed to wall on batten with saddles and fixing screws or PVC/ Porcelain insulators etc. or recessed or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required, including brazing on both sides (over lapping) at all joints complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing conductor 25mmx4mm galvanised iron strip, fixed to wall on batten with saddles and fixing screws or PVC/ Porcelain insulators etc. or recessed or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required, including brazing on both sides (over lapping) at all joints complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to valve on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawing in conduit or any other situation for loop earthing etc as reqd 4 mm dia galvanized steel wire all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing for 50 sqmm single core flexible copper conductor cable (ISI marked) from Eqpt upto earth pit i/c of any meter all accessories like PVC sleeves ,saddles/clamps/insulator etc complete as per specification and as required at site.

Material & labour for brazing/ soldering on both sides (over lapping) to the copper strip of size 20mmx3mm and 25mmx3mm as earthing lead, including dismantling the old from the existing position/ equipment without disturbing the functional requirements of the equipments, and reconnecting, after repair/brazing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, for foundation etc, including use and waste necessary form work, and fair finishing the expose surfaces using extra cement @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, porcelain supporting insulator of as per existing size/adequate size fixing, on wall/roof for supporting the earthing strips, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing of Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit for 40 mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc fixed on walls with suitable clamps on ceiling / roof trusses etc complete all as specified.

M&L for GI tubing light grade laid in floors, on wall and fixing in steel trusses for earth strip protection of size 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F switch socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 and 15 Amps flush type complete with MS terminal box and laminated hylam sheet with fitting accessories complete all as specified.

Note :- (i) Lugs and glands are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for laying of cable and to be used properly whereever required while connecting cables to the panel board. (ii) Earth work such excavation, refilling, etc. shall be measured separately under relevant items.

Supply & lay GI pipe light grade including necessary fittings of 40 mm bore including taking down the old one complets all as specified and as directed.
