12mm cement plaster in sigle coat on rough side of single/ half brick wall for interior/ exterior plastering in single storey building finished even & smooth 1 cement : 4 coarse sand including all L/M, T&P etc.

Providing and applying plaster of putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer- in- charge with in a distance of 60m.

One priming coat and two coat oil bound distemper including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work

Weather coat painting in two coat with antifungle exterior weather coat paint of approved brand after throughly brooming and preperation of surface complete in all respect.

Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors, including base concrete and including stacking of dismentled materials as directed by the Engineer -in-charge with in a distance of 60m (200 ft.)

Providing & laying in Position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-all work up to plinth level. ( 1 cement :6 coarse sand (zone-III) : 12 graded brick aggregate 40 mm (nominal size)

Cement Concrete flooring 1:2;4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat a neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and laying vitrified tiles flooring of approved make by E/I flooring over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1cement : 4coarse sand)laid and jointed with white cement (with pigment) slurry including rubbing and polishing of joints complete. (Size 60x60 cm)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane :

Providing and laying 40mm thick 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and stone ballast 6.7mm nominal size with Murga Jali including all material, Labour,T&P and curing complete.

Providing & fixing white vitreous china water less urinal of size 600 x 330 x 315 mm having antibacterial /germs free ceramic surface, fixed with cartridge having debris catcher and hygiene seal

P/F wash basin with single hole /number of holes for pillar tap with C.I or M.S. brackets painted white including cutting hole & making good the same but excluding fittings.

P/F looking mirror of 900×450 mm size of approved make with teak wood moulded frame and 6mm thick hard board backing including cost of material ,labour and T&P etc.

P/F Glass shelf 600×130 mm size with C.P. guard rail and bracket complete.

P/F 15 mm nominal hole size C.P.brass Piller cock complete.

P/F in position C.P. brass towel rail complete with brackets including making chases in walls and repairing the same in 1:3 CM complete. b- 600x20 mm

Fixing C.P. brass soap dish with C.P. brass brackets fixed to wooden plugs, plastic sleeves with C.P. brass screws.
