Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board (High pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately).

(a) 6 mm thick Cement fiber board or nos asbestos cement board

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion (plastic) paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

(a) Two or more coats

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

(a) Old work (one or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

(a) One or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing 2.00mm thick homogeneous Polyvinyl chloride sheet flooring in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop S-758 , Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 Kg. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge, in approved colour and shade

Repairs to existing verticle blinds by using available verticle fabric pannel and change of control thread and missing weight and clips etc including cleaning as needed all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing ready made curtain 4 feet x 5 to 7 feet as approved of good quality fabric as approved ( minimum cost of one curtail will not be lass than Rs.450/-) all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

Easing the aluminium framed casement window shutter by cleaning the friction hinge with wire brush and oiling and greasing and cleaning the glass all complete including tightening of screw if needed all complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Providing and fixing of decorative type powder coated curtain rods with necessary number of support clamp or decorative brackets 25mm dia

Providing folding ( 3 fold) type decorative screen made of wooden frame and bamboo mat panelling or similar material of sixe @ 6 feet x 6 feet of approved design all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

Dismanteling termite eaten cupboard (@ 4 nos) of size @ 1.5x0.7 meter and its shelf and disposing it in nearby muncipal dump all complete as directed by the engineer in charge
