Decoupling of 03cusec x 10m head HC pump of unit no.3 at LIS Datriyal from the motor assembly and dismantling the pump from the base frame & from suction side/dismantling by way of cutting the rusted nuts & bolts with cutter. Carriage of the dismantled 03 cusec HC pump to the nearest roadside, using manual labour, head load, loading in transport vehicle, carriage to the workshop for repairs. Repair to 3 cusec pump at workshop by way of dismantling and extraction of damaged internal parts. Providing, turning, rethreading & finishing to accurate size of new pump shaft as per specifications of old damaged pump shaft. Repair to the impeller by way of welding/brazing, machining, making key ways slots on the impeller and fitting of the same on the pump shaft. Providing and fitting of 2no.s new bearings on driving and non driving end of the pump as per sample, neck rings, 1no. shaft protection sleeve, new check nut, new gland studs repair to bearing housing, gland plates and applying sufficient amount of grease to avoid excessive wear and tear, gland packing as per requirement. Complete assembling of pump set after carrying out necessary repairs, shifting back to the LIS and then fitting/reinstallation at the base frame, coupling with the motor by making proper alignment and testing on partial/full load. Job also includes providing and fitting of new coupling nuts/bolts & rubber bushes. Dismantling/decoupling of the damaged 20H.P electric motor of pumping unit no-3 from starter electrical connections. Repairs to rotor of motor by providing/fitting of new bearings (DE & NDE) after rebuilding of the rotor shaft and finishing to bearing sizes, making new keyway for coupling, providing/fitting of bearing end cover plates and greasing. Assembling of the motor at workshop and shifting back to LIS, installation and testing on no load and full load conditions. Complete job includes cost of material, loading, unloading and labour charges at site.
