S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4mm. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) as in backing coat, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for renewing ceramic tiles in patches (any type and any size & clolur), area n exc 5sqm incl removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing bedds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles as in floors, skirting and similar work etc, over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM(1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in any shade cement to match. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabe and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring , 20-25 mm thick over screed bed or bedding layer 20mm thick in CM(1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for granite (of any type) work of any shade 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in any shade as in cooking platforms, wall clading and similar work over screed bed or bedding layer 20mm thick in CM(1:6), jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone incl grinding and polishing complete. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for machine pressed precast interlocking tile any size & shape of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement & pigment and vibrated with mechnical vibrator, with 30 mm thick crushed sand for cushioning incl dismantling of old tiles any type and any size. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting and polishing existing kota stone flooring incl making good to existing flooring all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in paving/plinth protection in bitumen filler/mastic filling Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness and type or simlar patttern roof ceiling. Complete all as secified and directed by Engr-In-chage.

S&F for GI frame work for seamless ceiling size of grid 600 x 600 mm comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using screws at 450 mm c/c channel 0.9 mm thck having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45 mm seuspenced from soffit at approx 900 mm C/C with GI cleat/wire or similar item and steel expansion fasteners with and incl ceiling section of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with cennecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm C/ C. M&L for 12mm thick Gypsum board in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturer's instructions including preparation of surfaces new or old decorated, necessary fixing of anchor and bolts where required Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Prepration on new ceiling surface and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of alkali resistent primer . complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F PVC moulded door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing all as directed

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style)consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail.
