Taking out old broken air termination, single pointed aluminium rod of any dia fixed over the GI Tube with the clamps.

Material & labour for CPT Cirprotec CPT-L ESE lightning rod with stainless steel body type advance lightning protection system in compliance with standard NFC 17-102 & UNE 21186-96, working on the principle of early streamer emission technology which will offer level 1 protection for up to 42 mtrs radius when mounted on the RCC concrete base on building at a height of 4.5 mtrs from the place to be protected including taking out old, U/S lightning rod complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- NIMBUS-JEF Techno or approved by GE.

Taking out old, GI tube of any dia complete.

Supply and erection of mounting structure of 4.5 mtrs height with base plate suitabe for roof mounting on RCC concrete base on building including taking out old, U/S one complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- NIMBUS-JEF Techno or approved by GE.

Taking out old, broken Aluminium strip of size 25 x 3mm fixed on walls/roof top with saddles and screws complete.

Supply & fixing of single core PVC insulated and PVC Innersheathed cable with aluminium conductor cable size 1x70 Sqmm 1100 Volt grade stranded aluminium conductor after taking out old, U/S earthing strip complete all as specified and as directed. Make of cable : Havells/Polycab/Plaza/Finolex

M&L for Galvanised steel tubes 25mm bore, light grade for protection of single core PVC insulated 70 sqmm unarmoured aluminium cable fixed on external wall surfaces of G+5 bldgs by proper clamping from roof to bottom complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing 4 digital electromechanical lightning even counter in weather proof resistance including taking out old, U/S copper strip complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old, broken/unsrviceable earth testing point of any type complete.

Supply and fixing test link box for each downconductor in order to disconnect the earth termination system to enable measurement of resistance.

Taking out old, unsrviceable earthing complete with earting material.

Material and labour for maintainance free environment friendly earth electrode set comprising of 17.2mm dia, 3 mtrs long rod of low carbon steel molecular copper bounded for a thickness of 250 micro OHMS, highly conductive ANSI/NSF STD-60 certified carbon bound backfill compound which shall set like concrete according to BS 7430 & IEEE 80 (each bag shall contain 50 lbs) after taking out old, U/S one complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- JEF Ecosafe or equivalent as approved by GE.
