Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation pipeline trenches drain (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sq. m on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 40 m nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing a)All works upto plinth level.

Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping & removal of forms for a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete

supplying & fixing of factory made precast RCC (Factory made the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Directorate of Industries, Govt of India)at site in concreate grade of M-25 with 20mm nominal size granatic or Basaltic. Aggregate, consolidated by means of mechanical platform, vibration etc. with lifting hooks of MS. 10mm bars and PVC cups including cost of reinforcement, certificate from manufacturer shall be produced indicating grade of concreate and minimum content of steel in the product along with 5 year free replacement warranty in case of breakage. a)Size 900 x 400x 150 mm with steel reinforcement not less than7.0 kgs. Per unit - 30 T capacity complete and as directed by Engineer - in charge.
