Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out Soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) unreinforcement concrete including removing the debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:6 block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded agg) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without usingh extra cement CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble uncoursed,well bounded,bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Keyed pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble masonry in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint cement primer complet all as specified and as directed

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) incl all necessary drilling bolting for riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide ,primer including prepration of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M &L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintel upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, stringcourses lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates,kerbs incl weathering slightly rounded or chemfered angles and throating all as specified and directed.

M&L Broken glass coping on top of wall in CM 1:3 all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face brick wall finished even and smooth without usingh extra cement CM 1:6 including Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc.and removing from the campus all as specified and directed.

Forming Jambs, etc to openings (to foregoing items), including cutting, toothing and properly bonding in old work also facing jointing and pointing to match existing work in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement is used for plinth protection complete all as specified and directed

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 0 (using 12.5mm graded coarse aggregate) as surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or chennel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced precast cement concrete manhole/drain cover slab of any description and in any position including and segregation of reinforcement etc including removing the debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 for cover slab for man holes/drain and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT 10 mm dia and over , cut to length ,bent to shape required , including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT 6 to 8 mm dia and over , cut to length ,bent to shape required , including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out mud/Soil etc from drains including removal of drain covers of any description and re-fixing the covers in the same position and removal of the mud /Soil to a distance exc 500m and n.exc 1500m all as specified and as directed.

Demolition /breaking of drain pipes of any description set in CM 200 mm and disposing as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying of DWCPE sewage pipe line 200mm dia bore of pipe incl sealing ogf joints, fitting etc complete with collars. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Concrete bed ( 1 : 3 : 6) Type C-2 to drain pipes 200 mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out Soft/ loose soil. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated material n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes in soft loose soil (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50mtr and making good surface all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type D2 using (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L Hard core with broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thk watered and well rammed all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, leveling watreing and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm each in soils all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix air termination single pointed aluminium rod not less than 12mm fdia and 300mm long incl fixing of GI base on epoxy insulators of suitable size to isolate from the roof and fixing of insulators on roof over the purlin using self tapping screws of suitables length or othr means to make the roof leakage proof for fixing of air terminal rod and connecting with down/roof conductors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Aluminium strip of size 25x3.15mm incl epoxy/porcelain insulators of suitable size , distance between insulators not more than 1mtr including fixing screws washers etc complete for

(a) Fixing on steel sheet roof/Clading over the steel purlin using self tapping screws of suitable length GI washers , rubber washers etc to make leakage proof all as sirected.

Material and labour for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phospphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screws end connected to existing aluminium /GI strips complete incl 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25mm long hex head screw complete and incl 3 nos fixing of test point with sheet metal enclosure on insulators to isolate from the walls , fixing of insulators on wall using suitable size of screws washers, gutti .rawal plugs etc including making good to distrubded surfaces complete all as specified

Supply and fix GI strip 32x6mm burried in ground complete all as specifeied and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI steel 40mm bore medium grade 2.5mtrs length burried directly and preferbly vertically in ground level with top edge not less than 1.25ntrs below ground level , connected to 25x4mm GI strip as earth lead by means of nut bolts check nuts and washers of GI connected to earth test point including necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil PCC chamber in 1:3:6 type C1, RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 550mm x550mmx50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia CTD bars at 150 mm C/E both ways , 2 Nos lifting hooks of 10mm dia and all as specified and or indicatded including testing on completion all as specified and directed

Note :- GI Strip 7.5 mtrs shall be measusered and paid seperatley .

Supply and lay pipe galvanised Medium class including fittings 50mm dia

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping for poles etc., with necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in Hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth for laying of UG cables and LT Panel board foundation etc and getting out.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point all as directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass concrete for road crossing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay pipe galvanized light grade including fittings 32mm dia for fixing of post top lantern as per site requirement cutting welding etc.
