The fuel shall be supplied by the contractor during the operation, maintenance and service period. (viii) Electricity supplied by the department shall be charged from the contractor at the rate charged by the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited from the department. (ix) Online Continuous Efficiency Monitoring System(OCEMS): For continuous monitoring of raw sewage, treated water along with water level, flow rate and remote monitoring and operation of booster pumps for pumping raw sewage and treated water. | ||||||||

Schedule 'A' Part-IX(ARBORICULTURE)
Supply and stacking of good earth at site brought from outside MD land including royalty and carriage for all leads and lifts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- For the purpose of payment the stack measurement shall be reduced by 20% for voids complete all as specified and directed
M & L for trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure) complete all as specified and as directed.
Supplying and stacking at site dump manure screened through sieve of IS. designation 20 mm from approved source, including carriage from outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment.
M & L for rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for fine dressing of the ground complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately.
M& L for plantation of shrubs, hedge etc. at the site including watering and removal of unserviceable material including shrub/ hedge plants of any type and of height 60-75 cm in earthen pots of size 20 cm complete all as specified and as directed.
Complete maintenance after physical completion of plants/Hedge/grass by weeding hosing, saucer making once in every week for plants/Hedge once in every 10 days for carpet grass/country grass/doob grass, burmuda grass, prunning dried branches once in every week, depositing the material at place as directed by Engr-In-Charge and planting the new plants in place of dead plants of same species and height tuning with dods wherever required by replacing the dead patches of grass with the same grass as required without extra cost to the deptt and all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:(i) Manure and pesticide required for maintenance of plant under this items shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and rate of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this items (ii) Scope of maintenance shall be as specified in Ph-II. (iii) Work against this item will be commenced only after completion of plantation of trees, plantation of grass and plantation of hedge & shrubbery.
Schedule 'A' Part-X(MISCELLANEOUS WORKS)
Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made rubber coated, chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 conforming to IS 15658: 2021 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness, size and shape, made by table vibratory method using polyurethane mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 30 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand having gradation as per IRC SP 63: 2018 and 2 to 4 mm wide joints filled with fine sand having gradation as per IRC SP 63: 2018, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for construction of new valve pit/chamber of size 1050 mm (Length) X 1050 mm (Breadth) X 1050 mm (depth) including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC foundation M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in base concrete, brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, non-modular sizes as per IS 1077: 1992, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, cement plaster 20 mm thick internally in two coats of (15 mm and 5 mm) in cement mortar 1:4, 3 mm thick mild steel sheet of any grade and designation as per IS 513: 2008 and IS 10748: 2004 welded with angle iron (40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm) frame of structural steel, frame welded with angle iron (50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm) frame of structural steel, welded to flat iron of size 150 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm of structural steel, fixed with bolt of 16 mm dia anchored with plate of size 100 mm X 100 mm X 3 mm of structural steel, bolt and anchored plate embedded in 250 mm thick PCC coping in M15(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate, mild steel handle, grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 for structural steel with necessary, welding, riveting, bolting including painting exposed steel surfaces with two coats of bituminous paint and embedded surfaces of steel with two coats of tar, finishing exposed faces of concrete surfaces and plaster surfaces with three coats of white wash and all as per drawing No. BTD-811 Sheet Nos 1/2 and 2/2 of HQ CE Bathinda Zone complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F class SN 8 structured wall polyethylene piping system (pipe with online coupler and elastomeric rubber ring) with hollow annular profiled outer surface and a smooth inner surface (double wall corrugated) for non-pressure underground drainage and Sewerage application, Type B, Nominal Size (DN/ID) 170, made of polyethylene (PE) material conforming to per IS 16098 (Part 2):2013 and to be transported, handled, installed and jointed as per Annex A of IS 16098 (Part 2):2013 complete all as specified and as directed.
