TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORK IN ALL UNITS (MD/OTM) OF HQ CIF (K) UNDER AGE (I) CIF (K)

To perform such services and execute such work as per condition 4 (A) of IAFW 2249 including Minor works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to complete all as specified in the MES standard schedule of rates 2009 Part-I (Specifications) together with amendment No. 1,2 & 3 and standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II for rates together with errata/ amendment No 01 to 122 & add section No 30 for Runway & Pavement containing Item No 30001 to 30053 and upon the conditions contained in the tender documents , as may be demanded , and as enumerated in the aforesaid MES schedule, AND/OR at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62 of General Conditions (IAFW-2249) with amendment No. 1 to 49 and errata No. 1 to 20. Notes:- (i) The tenderer shall insert his percentage in the 4th row under Column 'F' of this BoQ. (ii) The bidder shall refer to Option "Excess (+) of Less(-)" available at 4th row under Column 'E' of this BoQ to quote for adding thereto/deducting there from the rates contained in afore said MES Schedule. (iii) Being this tender is for a Term contract and quantities of items are as and when required, Estimated Rate, quantity and amounts to be inserted by the Department has not been shown. The bidder is to quote his percentage considering all aspects of the Term Contract. The acceptance of tender will be done on the percentage quoted.
