Note-1 Installation process shall be including removing of old carpet tiles from site, cleaning the floor complete as per manufactures specifications , fixing of new carpet tiles in place of old carpet tiles as per manufactures specifications and cleaning/ clearing the site after the installation complete in all respect and desired and directed up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note-2 Manufacturer test certificates and life time warranties duly signed and stamped by manufacturer for fulfilling all requirement /conditions as described above shall be submitted by agency

Note-3 The quoted rates shall be inclusive of removing of old carpet from site. Clearing the floor complete as per manufactures specifications and supply and fixing of new modular carpet tiles in place of old carpet as per manufactures specifications and installation process described above including all applicable expenses/ charges i.e. all skilled/unskilled manpower materials . chemicals , adhesives , tools equipments etc required shall also be inclusive of customs duties customs clearance charges including clearance of goods from customs etc. and all other taxes, duties, cartage, wastage etc. complete in all respect as directed up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge

Credit for taking away dismantled carpet as per the direction of EIC.
