RequiredSatisfactory completion Certificates For having undertaken printing works to the Government / Semi Government / PSUs / Autonomous Institutions in accordance with the Section VII of the tender documents. In support of this, the agency shall furnish certificates duly certified by the competent authority Enclose the certificates

RequiredSection XII- List of similar work / supply undertaken for various Government / Quasi Government Organizations /Autonomous Institutions/ Universities during the last 3 financial years in Section- XII of the K/G-I documents and enclose the supply orders / work orders of preceding 3 years that is 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26

RequiredThe agencies shall abide by the conditions laid under the Goods Manual under KG-I. The agencies shall submit the filled & signed KG-I documents uploaded in e-procurement portal while submitting the bid.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Reputed Registered Printing firms having minimum 3 years of experience are permitted to participate in this tender.

Tenderers are advised to note the qualification criteria specified in section-VII to qualify for award of the contract.

The tenderers / successful bidder shall abide by the general conditions of contract and special conditions of contract laid under standard tender documents KG-1

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by the Government Institutes / Universities etc.,

EMD-The Participating bidder will have to pay Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) through e-Procurement Portal by anyone of the modes as specified in the e-procurement system. Non-compliance by the Tenderer to any conditions will entail rejection of the tender and forfeiture of the EMD. EMD will be returned to the bidders after finalization of the bid.

The details of the tender can be had & downloaded through e-Procurement portal http://kppp.karnataka.gov.in and the bidders have to participate in tender online only. Bidders have to get updated with the corrigendum/addendum (if any) issued online from time to time on the e-Procurement Portal during the entire tender process

The tenderer should make presentation before the technical committee if required. The technical committee will evaluate the same before finalizing the tender.

The successful bidder has to supply the items within the period mentioned by the user department in the supply / Work order

The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any tender, based on the product / work quality and specification. During the supply by the successful bidder, the work will be tested by the purchaser

Successful Tenderer has to deposit a sum equal to 5% of the total value of the quoted price as Security Deposit in addition to Earnest Money Deposit. Security Deposit will be returned after completion of satisfactory contract period. The SD and EMD amount will not earn any interest

The successful Tenderer shall execute an agreement on a stamp paper of Rs.500/- from the date of issue of letter of acceptance agreeing to the conditions. If the Tenderer does not comply the said conditions within the stipulated period, the tender will be rejected and EMD and Security Deposits will be forfeited

Bidders must upload all the required documents, otherwise the tender shall be considered as non responsive

In case of any dispute arising out of this contract, the decision of the University is final

Mode of Payment: payment will be made only after satisfactory completion of the supply and after certification from the user department

The University reserves the right to accept, reject or postpone any or all of the Tenders without assigning any reasons thereof. The agencies may please note that, the university is at its discretion to withdraw any or all the items invited under the subject notification at any time.

All disputes arising out of or in any way connected with the Agreement shall be deemed to have arisen in the court of Dharwad jurisdiction

Conditional tenders are liable for rejection

The TDS under GST and IT as applicable will be deducted from the bill during the payment.
