Taking down cement plaster on concrete or brick surface of any description including finishes etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish out side the permises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20 mm thick, machine cut, granite stone slab of approved shade (superior Quality) (table rubbed and polished) as in door/window jambs, Cills and the like, punched dressed on exposed faces and self faced on the embedded unexposed beds and joints; exposed edges rounded or chamfered as directed, set, jointed and pointed in cement slurry, over & including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing edge moulding to 20mm thick Granite stone of any description of door/window Jambs/Cills/counters vanities etc. including Machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6), on brick or concrete wall surface, finished fair & even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on new wall surface, over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer, over and including 3mm thick cement based wall care putty (Make: Birla/JK) and sand papering etc, including necessary preparation of new plastered wall surface complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Solar control film 25 micron, reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified & as directed.
