Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation, filling & mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed. Note:-steel shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule

S&F mild steel angle iron 50x50x6mm thick as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete including taking down of existing angle iron as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L mild steel TMT 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A or Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S & F mild steel TMT bar 6 to 8mm dia etc cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel screw bolts (diameter of neck 11 to 15mm) (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces of any description n exc 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair chain link fencing MS galvanised, 3.14mm dia, 75x75mm mesh fixed to RCC post including securing or tying with GI MS wire, staples etc.complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Angle iron post, fillet and bolts for fixing chain link shall be measured and paid for separately under repective item of this schedule.

S&F in replacement rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section conforming to Fe-410-W (E-250) quality-B with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement 1.60mm thick mild steel plain, black sheet in chullah hood, covering to door shutters, ducts etc, cut to size, hole punched including fixing to M S Clamps with necessary bolts and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strainingbolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
