Establishment of closure of 2.00 Ha. with Wooden Fencing of 1200 rft. and allied activities in Co.69M of Marwah Forest Range, Marwah Forest Division under CAMPA CA 2026-27

Providing & fixing of Barbed wire fencing with wooden Posts (minimum height = 6' & minimum mid-girth = 14'') with 4 Strand & 2 Criss-Cross BABW in Earthen Pits & Cement Concrete Block for every 10TH Post and various works as per the detailed estimate. Note: i) Wooden fence posts shall be extracted and prepared in personal supervision of concerned BO (to be cross verified by RFO) . ii) The Wooden fence posts of standard size shall be extracted from the enumerated trees as per the enumeration list submitted by the Concerned Range Officer and in no case, un-enumerated trees would be allowed to fell. If any unauthorized felling of un-enumerated trees is found, action under Sec. 26 of Indian Forest Act, 1927 would be initiated. The Black Annealed Barbed wire with standard specification conforming to product code BA-BW, allied materials like “U” nails etc. and its mechanical carriage including loading, unloading and stacking charges will be managed/procured himself by the contractor. iii) A proper testing certificate with regard to the material i.e Barbed Wire etc. has to be produced by the contractor before the execution of work. A proper Measurement Book of the work has to be prepared against which work done payment is to be made to the contractor.

Planting of Poly raised saplings along the contours as well as on the flat surface in Staggered pits of size 45cm x 45cm x 45cm within the available blanks including carriage/lifting of plants from different nurseries of Marwah Forest Division by mechanical transport within a maximum lead of 100 Kms and headload carriage including loading and unloading upto site of work with all operations. (Note: Plant material shall be supplied departmentally)

Afforestation works by means of Patch sowing of conifer seeds @ 30 seeds/Patch in 45cm × 45cm × 15cm patches including cost and carriage of seeds.

Pruning and training of Deodar/Kail/Fir natural crops and removal of pruning material from the site of work. Clearance of bend and twisted unnecessary Deodar/Kail/Fir plants in between well established Deodar/Kail/Fir plants and removal of the clearance material from the site
