Supply & erection of Horizontal spindle split casing type puming sets of following duties directly coupled to AC squirrel cage induction type motor with 1440 RMP, 3 Phase, 50 Hz and accessories as described in Schedule No.II complete in all respect with priming arrangement with complete base frame as per IS marked Raw Water Pump Set 1000 PM with 12 Mtrs. Head.

Supply and fixing CI D/F pipe including cost of Jointing materials, laying, jointing, refilling including making adequate supports of masonry/ concrete for delivery and suction pipe from bell mouth in the collecting tank upto the rising main laid by the department as per plan shown from the foundation wall of the pump chamber for all the raw water and clear water pumping sets at water works, as per specification given in schedule No. II for 150 mm

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of wall mounted electrical panel board, fabricated from 16 SWG CRCA sheet duly stouted with suitable angle iron frame work and completely powder coated of approximate size 1200x900 mm having following items. For Raw Water Pump Sets for 1000 LPM x12 Mtr. head = 2 Nos. a) Main Switch 100 Amp. - 2 Nos. ( L&T Siemens, ABB) b) Volt meter 100 x100 mm range 0 to 500 volt 1 No.(AE/KAPPA/L&T) C) Amp. meter 100 x100 mm range 0 to 100 Amp 2 No.(AE/KAPPA/L&T) D) CT 100/3 Nos.
