Supply, delivery at site and storeage of ladder type cable tray for laying of power cable and G.I Perforated cable tray for laying of control cable at Sub-Station having proper M.S. structural support.
Supply delivery at site and storage of safety equipment like 9 kg capacity Fire Extinguisher , sand bucket with bracket , rubber mats, shock treatment chart and first aid box, 33000 volt danger board complete as per specification of NIT.
Part-B
Taken out of the old Transformers, etc from existing position afte dismantling carefully of all incoming & outgoing HT , LT & control cables including carrying the old transformers, cables etc carefully to avoid damage to godown and stacking the same properly by engaging manual labour, tools tackles etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.
Installation of all items as mentioned in Part-A including supply of all erection materials, cable termination with supply of jointing kits, cable supports and clamps etc. including of HT & LT cables through permanent cable trench on GI Rack/Tray, earthing and lighting protection as per IE Rules to the entire satisfaction of EIC in compliance with technical specification.
High pressure testing of the Sub-Station including relevant testing of 33 KV cable, earthing etc. by approved agency of Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal as per direction to the entire satisfaction of EIC.
Commissioning of the entire installation with substation (3 X 33 KV/0.433 KV Transformer, 33KV HT switch board, , Power Distribution Board, Cables, as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of E.I.C.
