Paving the floor with best quality Vitrified Tiles of size stainfree nano polish 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying storage unit of size 900mmx450mm and 450mm width fabricated out of 18mm thick commerical plywood finishing duly edges banded with 2mm thick PVC beading with swing type door providing hinges, lock & key arrangement and painting interior portion with 2 coats of SEP over primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying storage unit of size 900mmx750 (H)mm and 450mm width fabricated out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board finishing duly edge banded with 2mm thick PVC beading with swing type door providing hinges hand lock and painting interior portion with 2 coats of SEP over primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the damaged wall panelling using 2"x1" Aluminium Channel 2"-0" intervals on both directed and fixing to the existing wall portion and fixing 12mm thick anti termites water proofing plywood using screws etc., and finishing with 1mm thick special texture super matt laminate sheet of approved quality and colour with grooves using fevicol etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Renewing and refixing the Natural colourmatt aluminium partition 1/2 glazed and 1/2 panelled made out of aluminium box section of size 63.50 x 38.10 x 1.28mm with vertical and horizontally and the partition fixed with top with plain / frosted of 4mm thick glass and bottom fixed with 9mm thick prelaminated board as per the instruction of the field officers including necessary accessories like rubber beedings, aluminium chips etc and also including the labour charges for fabrication which including necessary chipping dismantling making holes in RCC of necessary works with power drill and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing the partition in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and fixing the fully glazed partition by using the toughened glass 12 mm thick. The thermal impact of Toughened glass temperature range of abrupt change is 220-250 degree C etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing the fully glazerd door of size 1000mm x 2100mm with 12 mm thick by using toughened glass 12 mm thick with floor spring etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing and refixing the solid core flush door shutters with commercial ply on both side with teak wood lipping alround 35mm thick including cost of furniture fitting such as 3 nos 4"brass butt hinges,2nos 6"brass tower bolts,2nos 4"brass handle, 1 no brass drop, single key shutter, mortice lock without night latch, 1 no door closer, 1 no brass door stopper, 1mm thick best quality lamination sheet etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Collecting the scattered debries from the campus and conveying away the same to ouside by lorry to a lead of 3km (Entirely within city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. .
