Providing, hoisting and installing at required elevation moulded HDPE cylinder vertical water storage tanks of "SINTEX" or approved equivalent make of the following capacities with suitable S.M.C cover at top including the cost of labour for making hole in the storage tank for inlet, outlet, scour and overflow, providing and fixing necessary G.I Nipples ranging from 15mm to 50mm NB of average 150mm length with double checknuts, washer etc. complete all as directed by the EIC. (HDPE Cyclindrical vertical storage water tank 1000litre capacity).

Brass pillar taps of Jaquar/ Parryware or approved equivalent make, 15mmx600mm long PVC inlet connection, 15mm stop cock, 32mm heavy quality C.P. brass waste coulpling of standard pattern, including painting of fitting and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and testing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Vitreous china white laboratory sink of size 600x450x200mm with C.I. brackets, 40mm C.P. brass trap with C.P. brass unions complete including painting the fittings and brackets with 3 coats of white enamel paint over a coat of primer, cutting and making good the walls wherever required complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing liquid soap dispenser in PVC container 'VEDA" or approved equivalent make with all accessories including necessary screws for fixing complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing heavy quality C.P. brass 15mm dia. long body/handle bib cock "jaquar/ Parryware coral model" or approved equivalent as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Samples to be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and fixing heavy quality C.P Brass Health Faucet with 1.50metres flexible hose (Hand shower) of "Parryware T9803A1" complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC. (Sample to be approved by EIC).

Providing and fixing Heavy quality 15mm nominal bore C.P. Brass Pillar Cock with aerator "Parryware model G0302A1" all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Samples to be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge).

Providing and fixing Heavy Quality C.P. Brass 15mm dia. Bib cock "Parryware model G1804A1" as per specifications and as directed by the EIC (samples to be got approved by the EIC).

Providing and fixing Heavy Quality C.P. Brass 15mm dia. Two way Bib cock "Parryware model G1867A1" as per specifications and as directed by the EIC (samples to be got approved by the EIC).

Providing and fixing Heavy Quality 15mm nominal bore C.P. Brass Angle cock "Parryware model T9926A1" for wash basin inlet/flush cistern etc. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (samples to be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and Fixing 100mm dia. shower rose with arm "Parryware G0132A1" type and make all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Samples to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and fixing PVC rain water down take pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A & PVC SWR fittings & specials conforming to IS: 14735, 'Finolex' or other approved equivalent make of pipes, fittings & specials including jointing with seal ring/ With PVC solvent adhesive including fixing in walls/ columns using clamps, anchor fasteners, bolt and teakwood packing pieces, joint testing etc. complete all as per drawings, Specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (PVC SWR rain water pipe 110mm outer dia. pipe)

Providing and fixing PVC rain water down take pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A & PVC SWR fittings & specials conforming to IS: 14735, 'Finolex' or other approved equivalent make of pipes, fittings & specials including jointing with seal ring/ With PVC solvent adhesive including fixing in walls/ columns using clamps, anchor fasteners, bolt and teakwood packing pieces, joint testing etc. complete all as per drawings, Specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (PVC SWR rain water pipe 160mm outer dia. pipe)

Providing and fixing Heavy Quality 'C' Class G.I pipe sleeves 100mm n/b, 600mm long, with Puddle flange of 200x200mm, 6mm thick for rain water down takes (of 110mm dia.) to be embedded in RCC slabs/ RCC roof gutters to connect rain water pipes by welding or with screwed sockets all as per the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. These sleeves to be fabricated and embedded at the time of concreting in true vertical.

Providing and fixing Heavy Quality 'C' Class G.I pipe sleeves 150mm n/b, 600mm long, with Puddle flange of 250x250mm, 6mm thick for rain water down takes (of 160mm dia.) to be embedded in RCC slabs/ RCC roof gutters to connect rain water pipes by welding or with screwed sockets all as per the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. These sleeves to be fabricated and embedded at the time of concreting in true vertical.

Providing and fixing 150mm dia. Cast Iron slotted gratings over the rain water down take pipes at roof including chipping and grouting, painting two coats of anticorrosive paint complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply(SDR -11Grade as per ASTM 2846 & conforming IS:15778), including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (25mm (1") nominal outer dia. CPVC pipe).

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system of (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S tubes, M.S tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding

Carrying out day to day activities using Skilled Plumber in various areas attending any breakdown/emergency complaints to maintenance services at plumbing related works etc. all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
