Cleaning of gully trap of any depth (not exceeding 0.50 metre each), by taking out accumulated garbage, silt, mud etc and removing the same at a distance not exceeding 50 metre (where directed), washing and well flushing of the gully trap with water complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Cleaning of floor trap (of any type/size), by taking out accumulated silt, mud etc and removing the same at a distance not exceeding 50 metre (where directed), washing and well flushing of the floor trap with water complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Cleaning of manhole chamber of depth not exceeding 1.00 metre each, mechanically, removing muck/sludge/silt/mud, liquid etc under any position including foul condition and cleaning the inlets and outlets etc washing and well flushing of the manhole with water, placing the cover back in position and disposing off the sludge /debris out of MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The sludge to be disposed off in sealed tins or sludge removal tankers and the same is deemed to include in the rate quoted.

Taking up/down plants or vegetation growth from wall upto roof level by means of cutting hole into brick wall and making good the surface of dismantled portion (not exc 150 sq cm superficial area and not exc one brick depth) using brick bats /aggregate and plastering in cement mortar (1:4) to disturbed portion and applying two coats of cement base paint / weather coat to match the existing surface upto forth floor complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
