EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, install, test & commission of LT Panel in door type, cubical type, as per IS/IEC-61439-1&2 for 415 V, 50Hz, rated fault current : 50KA for 1 sec with internal arc containment dust, vermin proof, weather proof, IP-54 Grade of protection, providing bus bar of capacity 1600 Amps rating including internal wiring using suitable size not less than 1.5 sqmm FRLS copper conductor cable along with ferrules. The panel shall be painted with anticorrosive coating and finally powder coated of flint grey shade (RAL-7032). The panel should be provided with multifunction meters, voltmeter, 3 phase indicators lamps and the panel should be mounted on 'C' channel base of required size duly coated with anti corrosive paint. The circuit distribution lines to be marked over the panel using poly venyl reflective stickering complete with following: - Make of MCCB: L&T / LEGRAND / SEIMENS.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type I with peak, size 250mm x 150mm xs 40mm as protection of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing road / PCC of size 45cm x 60cm for taking out / laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:3:6 type CI using 20mm graded aggregates, complete all as specified and directed.

Single phase timer switch fixed in factory made CRCA sheet metal enclosure of 3.15 mm thick out door type powder coated with locking arrangement and necessary fixing arrangement, complete all as specified and directed.

LED street light 45 W made in pressure die cast housing and heat shrink in aluminium extrusion and IP 66 protection, 5700K color temperature fixing to the mast arm or street light pole with necessary nuts and bolts as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells cat part No: ENDURAPEARLINEOSL45WLED757PASYTOPC or equivalent in Philips / Crompton Greaves.

Street light junction box SMC (weather proof) IP 66, on street light poles of size 230x170x105 mm size with connector for connecting incomming and outgoing of cable including provision of 01 No of MCB SP 06 Amps to control the pole light circuit and MS brackets made out of 32 x 4 mm flat for fixing the box on post complete with nuts, bolts and wahers and suitable size of double compression cable glands for incomming, outgoing of cable complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sintex / Hensel.

PVC insulated copper conductor FR grade 2.5 sqmm, three core round cable, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earth strip 32mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI earth strip shall be protected by 40mm dia GI pipe 'medium grade', watering pipe 20mm dia GI pipe 'light grade', GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layer of charcoal and salt on all side to earth plate upto a thickness of 150mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto GL and connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40mm thick RCC cover (1:2:4) mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point, including testing on completion, complete all as speciifed and directed. Note: (a) Rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of excavation in any type of strata, RFR and removal upto 50metre, PCC pit, funnel and RCC cover plate. (b) Earth continuity conductor beyond 7.5metre and GI tubing medium grade 40mm dia shall be measured and paid under respective item of this Schedule.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Cutting of existing GI pipe of size 50 mm dia for taking branch connection and screwing including providing GI fittings as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

LIGHTENING PROTECTION GI earth strip of 32x6 mm dia fixed on walls / floor as earth continuity conductor fixed on wall / roof on epoxy insulators etc complete all as specified and directed.

Aluminium strip of size 25x3mm fixed on wall / roof on epoxy insulators complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay, GI tubing, light grade of size 40 mm dia for protection of GI strip to be laid in trenches / walls and complete all as specified and directed.

REFRIGERATION & AIR CONDITIONING Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of 1.5 TR capacity Split type air conditioner unit (Inverter type) 5 star rated complete with drive motor, air cooled condenser with all accessories varied speed and dual rotary compressor, including fixing the outdoor unit with powder coated MS stand / PCC base and fixing of indoor unit on wall including core cutting of required size on type of wall and making good of disturb surface, providing and making interconnection, including refrigerant piping with nitryle rubber insulation and control cable from indoor to outdoor up to a distance of 3.0 mtrs, power cabling (max 3.0 mtrs from isolator / enclosure) to units, first charging non CFC / non HCFC R-32 of refrigerant gas including cord less remote, PVC drain pipe of 25mm dia for connecting drain lines from indoor unit to maximum of 3.0 mtrs to nearest drain points complete all as specified and directed. Make: Bluestar / LG / Voltas / Hitachi.

Supply, connect and testing voltage stabilizer 4 KVA single phase, 230 volts 50 cycles wall mounted type with low / high voltage cut off and intelligent time delay 3 minutes + 20% seconds of working range 170 volts to 270 volts completed all as specified and directed.

UPS Supply, install, testing and commissioning of UPS (uninterruptible Power Supply) of capacity 10 KVA, 3 Phase, AC, Input 300 to 450 volts, 3 Phase output 415 volts + 1%, 50Hz to provide 30 minute backup complete with suitable battery bank of suitable capacity including cable connections as required for complete system, complete all as specified and directed.
