SUPPLY OF 3C X 185 SQ MM 11 KV (UE) XLPE CABLE WITH STRANDED COMPACT CIRCULAR ALUMINIUM CONDUCTOR, CONDUCTOR SCREEN WITH EXTRUDED SEMI CONDUCTING COMPOUND, XLPE INSULATED, INSULATION SCREENING WITH EXTRUDED SEMI CONDUCTING COMPOUND IN COMBINATION WITH COPPER TAPE, CORES LAID UP, EXTRUDED INNERSHEATH OF PVC, GALVANISED STEEL ROUND WIRE ARMOURED , AND OVERALL PVC SHEATHED CABLE CONFORMING TO IS 7098 (PART-2) 2011, INCLUDING ALL TEST REPORTS WITH UPTO DATE AMENDMENTS INCLUDING ALL TEST REPORTS.

Providing, laying and fixing following 150 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings, jointing including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc. as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 3.3 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.

Supplying and embedding 50 MM dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc. in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Supplying and erection of Metal OxideLightning Arresters without Gaps with Rated Voltage 3 KV(RMS), Rated discharge current rating of 5 KA, Line discharge class : 1, Pressure relief device fitted, Power Frequency test voltage(in KV rms)-10, Lightning impulse test voltage (in KV peak) -40, Installation-Outdoor, Conformity of thespecification as per IS:3070 (Part 3):1993 latest, Type of outer insulator of surge arrestor-Polymer, Creepage distance-9 mm per KV with all test reports of the mentioned specifications and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required. The Test report from NABL of above parameters from manufacturer should be provided.
