Dismantling the existing water cooled condenser of 120-230 TR AC plant of shell and tube type from it's pipe line and gas connection repairing the same by replacing the defective copper tubes of 15mm and 3000mm long by new pipes, cleaning the shell complete assembling the existing serviceable and new tubes, commissioning and testing upto 350 PSI pressure for satisfactory working complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling the existing water cooled condenser of Cap 30-60 TR AC plant of shell and tube type from its pipe line and gas connection repairing the same by replacing the defective copper tubes of 15mm dia and 1500mm long by new one, (No of tube existing is 92 Nos) Cleaning the shell complete assembly the new and serviceable tubes charging testing for 350 PSI pressure complete all as specified and as directed.
