First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse 310 sand mortar in Super Structure & Filling one brick thick including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.

12 mm thick Plaster with cement & course Sand of 1.25 FM Mortar in 1:4

M.S. or iron work of small sizes and section such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods grating etc. wrought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new wood with two coat to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plant etc. required for proper completion of the work

Apply two coat superior synthetic enamal paint including primer coat on steel surface

Providing and laying cement concrete in 4:2:1 of not less than strength of M-150 stone ballast (20 mm nominal size), approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete including of cost of form work in foundation and floors-completion of the work as per direction of the E/1.

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.l. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.
