S&F Decorated PVC False ceiling of size 600mmX600mmX5 mm thick, used as a panel insert in a frame work made using powder coated GI T-section of size 25mmX25mm in square pattern of grid size 600mmX600mm. The GI frame work is supported from the ceiling with the help of J Hook and 4 mm GI wire of required size to maintain the proper levels etc. The aluminum frame work is supported on side wall with the use of aluminum L section of size 25mmX25mm angle complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18/19 mm thick flush shutter, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 19/20mm thick Pre laminated exterior grade both sides laminated with decorative choice laminations fixed with screw to timber frame as in cupboard shutter, shelve, kitchen cabinet etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC door frame of size 50 x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm (+0.25mm) Density 600 Kg/Cbm manufactured by a ISO-9001-2015 certificate company , made out of single piece extruded PVC Foam profile, with mitred cut joints and joints with 2 nos of bracket of size 190 mm x 100 mm long arms of cross section size 35 x 15 mm & self driven self taping screws, or fusion heat welding process, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 33 x 17mm M.S rectangle tube of 19 Guage. Note:- Acrylic Emulsion paint/emulsion distemper/plastic emulsion paint painting methodogy using preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall shall be carried out through Vacuum based sanding machine for scraping etc after preparation of surface wall care putty uupto 1m thick as required shall be carried out as specifiefd under Schedule A notes of SSR Part-I (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) then one coat of primer same make of paint and base shall be provided on wall/ceiling by normal manner as mentioned in SSR part-I, finally the Acrylic emulsion paint/emulsion distemper/Plastic emulsion paint through Air less spray by using auto roller shall be carried out. Make of paint and tools shall be one of the Berger/Asian/TEchno commercial Equivalent as approved by GE/AGE. All work shall be carried out through approved applicator of manfacturer of paint only. The same shall be approved before carried out the work from GE/AGE .

M&L for applying one coat of oil emulsion distemoer (oil bound distemper) of any tint including preparation of surfaces of walls on old decorated plastered/unplastered surfaces by washing/rubbing down and scrapping old loose material,smoke,soot,moulds,moss and efflorence etc including filling and stopping the rough surface/nail holes with white cement/POP/wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 114 here-in -before but two coats of distemper oil emulsion.

M&L for two coat of wall care putty on wall including preparation of surface with sand paper etc. to obtain smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing newely plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of colour washing (Lime wash white) including prepration of old decorated plastered/ unplastered surface of walls by brooming down, scraping, cleaning and removing smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 45,511.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 43). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
