Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should furnish qualification information as per section 3 of Standard Tender Document attached to this tender.

All Scanned Documents of the Original should be up-loaded, Executive Engineer/ Superintending Engineer/ Chief Engineer reserves the right verify the Original Documents before approval.

All the Formats prescribed in the bid documents shall be filled in complete manner.

Work done certificate should be issued by competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 (a) achieved in at least One financial years an average financial turnover of Rs.0.90 Lakhs, (Submit the scanned copy of the balance sheet indicating the contract receipts certified by the chartered accountant with UDIN no.

The bidders shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of each tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26 in the Technical Qualification Criteria mentioned in the next section

After the receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit for an amount equivalent to 5 % of the Contract price shall be deducted in every running bill. However, in case of first and final bill the entire security deposit will be deducted from the final bill and in any of the forms such as BG / FD. Difference amount for below quoted tenders as additional security (for unbalanced tenders) in accordance with Clause 25.5 of ITT and Clause 44 of the Conditions of Contract

Bidder must have the experience in the past years.

Bidders should have the work done of Traffic Census by HD CC Camera with day & nlight vision of good resolution with data storage system method issued by competent authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer from past five years

Contractor should ensure continuous and correct functioning of traffic census during February- 2026 for a period of 2 days 24X7 uninterruptedly.

The agency has to submit duly filled form I, II, III, IV based on the data collected from the traffic census in a prescribed form within the stipulated time required for department.

The agency has to upload all the details in PMS due after the completion of Traffic Census within the stipulated time as required from the department.

The agency has to submit Traffic Census survey details in compact Disc (CD) due after the completion of traffic census within the stipulated time.

The period of completion of the work is 02(One) Months

The Employer reserves the rights to accept any Tender and to reject any or all Tenders as per Standard Tender Document Clause 22.

GST Shall be paid to the tendered amount Separately

The Increse in GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for delay as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time.

Estimate rates are excluding GST as per SE Office Letter No-2025-26/3306 dated:27.01.2026 and prevailing GST (18% of Amount Put to tender) amount is kept in form of Lump sum in sanctioned estimate . Therefore, amount put to Tender and ECV amount are excluding GST. KPP-PORTAL format has No Options to add GST Separately at stage of Draft Tender Schedule Process for Over All amount put to Tender, tender has been inviting through an Option with INCLUSIVE. But the item wise rates do not include GST. Hence, GST will be paid separately for the quoted amount accordingly. Declaration Certificate must be attached mandatorily.

Work sanctioned under the Head of Account 3054-03-337-0-05-200-SH ROAD MAINTENANCE

Contractor has to upload the valid EPF registration copy.

As per Karnataka state Government order LD.300.LET.2006 Bangalore dated 01.01.2007 and Government letter no PW.134.BMS.2007 dated 27.07.2007 a sum amounting to 1 Percent of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund.
