M&L for complete removal of existing treatment under (OBD/Oil paint/ white wash etc) by scrapping with mechanical wall sander on wall/ceiling (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sending pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint , removal of nails etc and filling cracks/ holes and windows /doors jams by putty & repairs in good shape by skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement based putty of average thickness 1-2 mm over the plastered/Old painted wall /ceiling surcafes to make the surface free from dust etc, by skilled labor as per following steps :- Step 1 :- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with wall mixture with the mixing capacity of minimum 2.5 kg putty per minute Step 2 :- Applying the first coat of prepared mixture with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of maximum 6 liters per minute with a maximum pressure of 3300 PSI. Step 3 :- Allow 6-8 Hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall/ceiling surfaces over and including one coat of primer using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 m the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with Pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by pain manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepartion of old decorated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of any colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood of any description not otherwise described width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Waterproofing Treatment using ELASTOROOF PU Apply primer + 2 coats of Liquid Applied, Single Component Polyurethane Waterproofing Membrane – ELASTOROOF PU with following specification as under :- Consumption: 1.5 kg/sqm. Primer to be applied on cleaned RCC surface using brush/roller. Allow to dry for 3–4 hours. After primer dries: Apply 1st coat at 1.0 kg/sqm, allow to dry for 24 hours. Apply 2nd coat at 0.5 kg/sqm. After 2nd coat, lay Geotextile fabric (150 gsm) over entire membrane with minimum 50–100 mm overlap. Product Requirements (ELASTOROOF PU): Conforming to DIN 1048 or equivalent: Hydrostatic Pressure Resistance: > 5 bar Tensile Strength: > 4.1 N/mm² (ASTM D412) Non-water soluble, not water emulsifiable Shore A Hardness: > 50 (ASTM D2240) Elongation at break: > 900% (ASTM D412) Solids: > 90%, Low Temp Crack Bridging: > 3 mm (ASTM C836) Testing as per NABL accredited 3rd party lab. Surface cleaning to final coating must be performed under trained supervision. Notes: i. Surface preparation per manufacturer’s specs, followed by PU coating. ii. Vata Coving at junctions: 50x50 mm coving with cement mortar + polymer bonding agent. iii. PU Primer application at 0.2- 0.25 Kg/Sqm iv. After primer has dried apply 1st coat of ELASTROROOF PU at dosage of 1 kg/Sqm. Allow to dry for minimum 24 Hrs. After first coat has dried apply seconf coat of ELASTOROOF PU at dosage of 0.5 kg per Sqm. Waterproofing shall be taken covering entire parapet wall and pedestal. v. S & F for Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 10 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface up to 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting up to 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered and hold fast on edge including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of cement slurry @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with tapercreate @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm after cleaning and drying the old/new surfaces then applying the layer of fibre glass cloth while the above coat is still green. The overlap of fibre glass cloth shall be not less than 100 mm and then applying 1.5 mm thick layer @ 1.288 Kg/Sqm mixed with taper create @ 0.570 Kg/Sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 Kg/Sqm. Allow the treatment to air curing for four hours followed by water curing for 48 hours complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster on brick/ concrete surface in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth surface with out using extra cement but mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturing instructions.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for cement concrete type E-2 1:5:10 (using 40 mm graded brick bats) as in filling of sunken floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.
