Removing old paint from old existing concrete surface by paint remover or burning off by blow lamps and clening with scrapers, removing with compressed air any No of coats of any No of any width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for one coat of painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on air field pavements and the likes exceeding 10 centimetre wide with Water based road marking paint (white, golden, yellow, dark brown and black in colour ) of approved make,any shade Grade-2, after preparation of old concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directedby Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 centimetre in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for writing or painting of existing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 centimetre high (width and thickness of letters & figures as exists on ground) with synthetic enamel paint of existing tint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for re-writing or repainting of existing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 centimetre high (width and thickness of letters & figures as exists on ground )with synthetic enamel paint of existing tint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 08 here-in-above but exceeding 30 CM and not exceeding 60CM height complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) with retro reflective sheetings/ tape in red and yellow colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Words shall be measured flat over all no deduction shall be made for gap between the letters).

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, of existing tint, on bricks, stone, concrete, CGI sheet or plaster surfaces of any description over 10 centimetre in girth or width after preparation of old existing painted surfaces ( golden, yellow in colour ) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or un-plastered surface of wall and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of storm water drains, inside/outside cleaning by rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 M deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including cleaning away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs bush wood of under growth roots removing excavated material and obtained from cleaning to a distance not exceeding 50 Meter from outside the periphery of the area under clearance depsoiting the same in low laying area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing old/broken/unserviceable runway and links sign boards of any description grouted/embedded portion from ground including disconnecting the electrical conections if any. S&F best quality board made up of acrylic sheet 4mm thick cut to following size fixed with screws by giving backing rods inside boards. S&F backing strips for sign boards made up of tinted film as in approved colour as back ground and writing letters of size 30x5cm in capital viz, A,B,C,D,E,F,H,J,L,P,W1,Y2 on both sides of the boards. PVC pipes of first quality 50mm dia 4mm thick duly inserted with the 2nd class hard wood, 15cm length (two legs for each board) at the end to be grouted on ground by excavating any type of solid and providing PCC 1:2:4 at one end and the other end should be fixed with sign board by providing nut and bolts systems complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. :- (a) 60cmx60cm Note : The old board shall be taking out only, when new board is ready to fixed on the same place.

S&F best quality DTGM board made up of acrylic sheet of 8mm thick cut to following size made of triangle box shape fixed with screws to iron frame inside boards & writing letters of size 15 cm in capital viz, 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, M on both sides of the boards. MS Iron angle of size 65 x 65 x 6 mm thick, 75cm length (three legs for each board) at the end to be grouted on ground by excavating any type of solid and providing PCC 1:2:4 at one end and the other end should be fixed with sign board by providing nut and bolts systems with MS plate 2mm thick of 60mmx16mm size including dismantling unsserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) 150cmx 120cm Note : The old board shall be taking out only, when new board is ready to fixed on the same place.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavements exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : (i) Demolition shall be carried out by cutting the slabs with diamond cutter in small pieces. (ii) Suitable cranes & Hilti Bolts shall to used to take out the concrete pieces to avoid damage to the adjoining pavement. (iii) Damage caused to the subgrade, adjoining concrete pavement during demolition shall be made good by the contractor with the same specification without any extra cost to deptt.

M&L for 150 Micron HDPE sheet with maximum standard width available and as approved by GE without joint, manufactured by multilayer technology using 100% virgin raw material, conforming to IS: 10889:2004, laid over 10mm thick sand layer including all necessary cutting, overlap and wastage complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for minimum 300mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) as per design mix using 40 or 20mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate having minimum field flexural strength 40 Kg/sq cm in pavement in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic meter ,using non-circular/triangular synthetic fibre 'Recron 3 S @ 1.00 Kg/cum laid to level, gradient and chamber, spread, paved, compacted & finished including making necessary joints, filling with sealent and form work for laying in bays complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The top surface of the concrete shall be matched with the existing pavement. (ii) Joints of suitable width shall be cut by diamond cutter in the concrete pavement. (iii) Joints shall be cleaned by compressed air all as specified. (iv) Joints shall be sealed with cold applied, fuel resistant, polyurethane sealent compound conforming to BIS : 5212, M/s Hindcon Chamicals Ltd (Hind Sealent PPU), Bostik India Pvt Ltd (Seal 'N' Flex 2K) or equivalent approved make including priming coat & back up rod as specifie and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Finishing surface of concrete by brooming all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of brick/stone masonry or PCC coping built in cement/lime mortar of any mix including all quoins pillar ashlars masonry and removal complete all as specified& directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as in item 21, but except bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm gradded stone agg )as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, drain channels, copings,parapets copings, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with water proofing admixture (ISI marked), finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : - Supply only water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked). Make : Pidilite (Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW) or equivalent of Fosroc / Sika / STP complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of cement concrete (un-renforced) in ground floor and paving. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removal of rubbish material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type D -2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain without using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
