S&F in replacement of shrouded copper conductors bus bar TPN (4 bar) with PVC sleaves RYBG, DSL 4 bar, hanger clamps, anchor clamps, power feed kit and caps, joining tool with towing arm, end cap complete for 160 Amps Copper conductor busbar system, including MS fabricated support for mounting of conductors made out of mild steel angle of size 40X40X5 mm and 450 mm long including two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and supports to be provided at every one mtr distance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repair/servicing of EOT Crane bus bar any type any capacity, cleaning with electrolite solution, checking connection, replacment of warn out parts like insulation sleeve, hanger, Anchor clamps, joint cover, end cover, current collector shoe with nut bolts , side support plates complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :- (i) Rates included labour only and spares will be paid and measured as supply only (ii) The work is to be carried out at the height of above 20 feet. (approx) and contractor should visit the site before quoting the rates. (iii) Necessary safety measures to be taken by the contractor while working at site and electric shutdown to be taken before starting the work. (iv) Any damage/loss to the govt property while doing the job will be borne by the contractor. (v) The cost of T&P required for the job is included in the quoted rates. S & F for replacement of Master controller 6 contacts (6 Cam) with lever and push button operated for EOT crane with existing steps , Rating Amps- 40 Amps,110/240 / 415 volt with spring return arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for replacement of Master controller 12 contacts (12 Cam) with lever and push button operated for EOT crane with existing steps , Rating Amps- 40 Amps,110/240 / 415 volt with spring return arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for Item No 5.00 & 6.00 - (i) Rates are including all necessary wiring and contractor should visit the site to know the existing master controller wiring digram before quoting the rates.

S & F for replacement of Push button Pendents 12 way (eight steps + start & alarm+Emergency stop+crane lights) including 12 way copper cable from panel to pendent and necessary connections and support chain all as per existing and details in complete specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for replacement of current collectors,TPN, 100 Amps suitable for copper busbar specified herein before including all necessary connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning and repair of the EOT Crane track with checking complete, shifting at required position and aligning the joints in proper positions and providing pressure plates with nut bolts , side support plates at required distance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Proper testing of track shall be done for 2 days by giving full load on the crane in front of Engr-in-charge. (ii) Necessary saftey measures to be taken by the contractor while execution of the job. (iii) Any damage/loss to the govt property while execution the job will be borne by the contractor. (iv) The cost of T&P such as Jacks, Chain pulley, ropes, ladders etc and welding work involved for the job is included in the quoted rates. (v) The work is to be carried out at the height of 20 mtr (approx).

M & L for cutting/fabricating, fixing & welding of angle iron of size as per site requirement for fixing Chequered plates/ making ladders, supports fixing brackets etc including bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including removing old damaged supports, ladders etc of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for replacement of ' I ' beam cable trolley suitable 0.5 Ton to 5 Ton EOT cranes incl fixing with all nut and bolts as per existing arrangement complete all as directed by Engr-in - charge.

S & F for replacement of ' I ' beam cable trolley suitable 10 Ton to 20 Ton EOT cranes incl fixing with all nut and bolts as per existing arrangement complete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for replacement of ' I ' beam cable trolley suitable 50 Ton EOT cranes incl fixing with all nut and bolts as per existing arrangement complete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item no 13 to 15 :- (i) cable trolley is to be fixed on EOT Cranes of various capacity. (ii) The quoted rate includes the cost of MS clamps,nut bolts,T & P etc and necessary welding work for fixing of cable trolley on EOT cranes of height appx 9 to 10 mtr as per existing. (iii) Contractor should visite the site before quoteing the tender to know the existing type of cable trolleys of differant capacity crane.

Note (i) Crane Oil will be measured & paid separately under relevant items (ii) Necessary safety measures to be taken by the contractor while dismantling and fixing the various shafts, gears of gear box.

M & L for draining out existing gear oil & filling of new crane gear oil (SAE 90) having suitable thick level for lubricating Gear box complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
