Supply, installation, commissioning and testing diesel engine driven, water cooled, with L3 Cold Starting kit , silent Generating Set 24 KW/30 KVA capacity, 1500 RPM, suitable capacity of BHP to give output 30 KVA, with electronic governor, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, power factor 0.8 applicable for supplying power to varying electrical load for unlimited hours with 10% over load capacity, complete with manual starting system including common base plate, floor mounted with anti vibration pads, factory asembled complete fitted in acoustic enclosure (sound proof canopy of authorised OEM of manufacturer's of DG set ) approved by National Physical laboratory as per CPCB latest norms/regulation, including PCC foundatin/platform for generating set as per manufacture's instruction, complete including accessories, equipment control panel etc and confirming to condition under IS-4722 BS 5514/2613/5000/10001/10002/13664 complete all as specified and as directed and comprising with the following :- Alternator:- 24 KW output at 0.8 PF AC 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 C/S, brush less, self regulated, screen protected drip proof type with two end shield ball/Roller bearing with damper winding in each pole faces, class 'H' insulation with IP-23 protection and voltage regulation +/- 1.5% as per IS-4722 or BS 2613 -1970 Diesel engine : Diesel engine multi cylinder 4 stroke, water cooled electric start suitable capacity to drive above alternator independently, coupled directly through flexible coupling, cold starting, speed of DG set from No load to full load complete with fuel tank of capacity as per manufacturer recommendations, fuel lines, exhaust pipe duly insulated with asbestos rope and with support and residential silencer mufflers etc for continuous operation and standard accessories, sump preheaters etc Control panel :- The standard control panel consisting of control cubical fabricated sheet steel construction indoor type suitable for the followings- (i) Gen set controller microprocessor based multifunctional with LED display for engine water temperature, Lub oil pressure, Engine RPM, Engine shut down display, total Hours run and suitable for protection against high water pressure, low lub oil pressure, over speed and battery charger failure. (ii) Digital multifunctional meter with LED display suitable to display all electrical parameters of individual phase such as Voltage, current, frequency, KVA, KW, power factor and having RS 485 communication port complete with appropriate CTs and control wiring. (iii) MCCB 4 pole 415 volt AC of suitable capacity not less than 63 Amps all as required complete with copper bus bar all as per standard engineering practice and as per manufacturer recomendations. (iv) HRC fuses for protection as per standard engineering practice and manufacturer recommendations for protection of meters etc. Electric Starter Equipment :- The equipment will comprise the followings:- (i) Start Stop push button. (ii) Maint free Battery duly initial charged & Battery lead of adequate capacity. (iii) Starter motor (iv) Cold starting kit. (v) Starter gearing. (vi) Alternator/ dynamo of suitable capacity to charge the batteries while DG set is running complete with auto cut. Invertor cum battery charger of suitable capacity for 30 KVA DG Set to work on 230 volts 50 Hz AC supply system for charging of DG set batteries externally when DG set is off position. Note :- (a) Cost of maintainance free batteries as per recoomondations of manufacture shall deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor (b) Cost of PCC foundation as per reccomondations of manufacturar shall deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor. (d)All necessary equipments, consumables and T&P required for successful completion of the test shall be arranged by the contractor and cost for the same shall deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 metre below normal ground level connecting to galvanized earth lead of size 32x6 mm GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and GI washers etc. earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layers of coal dust and common salt 30 cm thick all around bottom and top and watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade including earth chamber of using sub class 'B' bricks in CM 1:4, 12mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 and angle iron frame 40x40x6mm and MS plate cover 6mm thick with locking arrangement all as shown on drg. Earthing strip shall be protected by 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe upto a distance not exc 3m from top of earthing pit . The earth strip shall be tested after carefully completion as per IS specifications and as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I of 2009 and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core

S&F high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6Kgf/cm2 laid in trenches of size 50mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for taking down of PPR/GI pipe of any size/rating received from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking down of PVC water tank of any capacity/rating received from site complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) of size 50 mm outer dia concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches/wall with all connected fittings as required at site all as directed and specified.

Supply and lay GI Pipe medium grade with all fittings laid in trenches 80 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix Gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed 80 mm dia.

S & F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 Ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part- I.

S & F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 Ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR -Part- I.

S & F Ball brass valves 25 mm, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Making connection of PP-R distribution branch 50 to 75 mm with PP-R main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc complete all as specified and as directed.
