SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ E/M WORKS]

Material and labour for collecting the transformer oil from the transformers at site and sending the same to approved lab for testing of BDV and Acidity and submission of reports to Deptt including necessary T&P complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for de-hydration and filteration of transformer oil through on load mobile stream liner transformer oil filteration plant at various site and various capacity installled at pole, floor, plinth mounted with all accessories connected to transformer to carrying out filteration of oil for desired dielectric strength all as per IS-335 i.e not less than 60 KVA at 2.5mm gap including testing after filtration complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for calibration of HT VCB panel complete 11 KV 400-800 Amps, upto 500 MVA of various make/type including relay,tripping mechanism etc as per standard/ specified/directed by OEM certified agency and submitting report all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for servicing, overhauling HT VCB panel complete 11 KV 400-800 Amps, upto 500 MVA of various make/type and checking door lock system, checking for phase sequence, mechanical and electrical interlocking system, complete wiring checking of relays, trip coil, spring charge motor, closing coil etc, tightening all the mechanical and electrical joints complete and writing with paint the Feeder name and checking the functionality in position after servicing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Quoted rate includes S&F all minor spares and wires required during servicing. (ii) Replacement of unserviceable major spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items here-in-after however fixing charges/labour cost for the spares to be included in the rate quoted for item No-5 above.

Supply and fixing switch air break, gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, having current rating upto 400 Amps for working pressure 11000 Volts suitable for horizontal mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing air break (switch) insulator for 11000 volts single pole outdoor type suitable for horizontal/vertical switch air break, gang operated, having current rating upto 400 Amps including necessary bolts,nuts and takingdown old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Surface dressing upto 15cm deep in and around transformer yard , four pole, two pole, three pole structure vicinity and clearing of vegetation/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for loose filling and spreading with aggregates/broken stone or boulders 40mm gauge complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix replacement cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade (Earthed) cable for indoor type end termination through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sq mm including taking up old unserviceable cable, cutting/taking out joint etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix replacement cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade (Earthed) cable for indoor type end termination through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sq mm including taking up old unserviceable cable, cutting/taking out joint etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix replacement cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade (Earthed) cable for straight through heat shrink joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sq mm including taking up old unserviceable cable, cutting/taking out joint etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in replacement cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade (Earthed) cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sq mm including taking up cable, cutting/taking out old unserviceable joint etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour to carry out test and identify exact location and nature of defect in 11 KV HT UG cable any size/type using cable fault locator/equipment including finding of cable route as per site requirement including transportation, testing after rectification and restoring of the supply in all respects and commissioning etc complete all as specified and as directed Note : Earth work, cable joints as per site requirement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of the schedule.

Taking up old /existing unserviceable defective HT 11000V UG Cable of size 185 sqmm 3 core from the existing trenches/ near panels and keep a side carefully and segregating serviceable portion of cable for reuse / incorporating in the site complete all as specified and as directed Note Earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No 17 here-in-before but for 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, laying, testing for replacement against unserviceable part of item No 17 here-in-before XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing for replacement against unserviceable part of item No 18 here-in-before XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed .

Relaying of serviceable portion XLPE insulated 11000V HT heavy duty aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade cable 185 sqmm 3 core size taken up from item 17 here-in-before all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed

Relaying of serviceable portion XLPE insulated 11000V HT heavy duty aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade cable 95 sqmm 3 core size taken up from item 18 taking down here-in-before all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cutting the existing road for 0.30M width , 0.60M depth for laying cable incl excavation in any type of soil, returning filling , removal and including Material and labour PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) of 15 cm thick for making good the disturbed road portion all as directed and specified. (Note:GI pipe with all fittings shall be measured and paid under the respective item)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out /for laying under ground cables/pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling and taking down existing PCC cable cover from existing location of cable trench and keep it safe custody for refix the good conditional cable cover the same location complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying unreinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class HV type 1 flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

Relaying in trenches serviceable un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, retrieved from site complete all as specified and as directed

Spreading/ leveling riddled earth as obtained in cable trenches all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cast iron cable route indicator of standard size circular/eleptical shaped with 25 x 6 mm equal angle chanle, slanting top duly embossed ' HT CABLE ' or ' HT LOOP' including and planted on PCC foundation 1:3:6 type C2(40mm aggregate) 300x300x100mm complete including taking out old damaged indicators and demolition of PCC near old indicators, necessary earth work, site clearance, painting and preparation of surface complete all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in floors for ducts/ floors/ road etc all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for disconecting the HT & LT supply from transformer, removing of top cover along with vent pipe joints, clean / flushing the core assembly by applying new oil through filteration plant and checking for loose connections, tap changer point HT / LT , connecting terminals and oil leakages at all joints, replacing of gaskets,oil seal HT & LT insulator bushings, HT terminal studs and acrylic sheet indicator along with rubber gasket after checking the insulation resistance value by 1000V megger and record the IR value of HT to earth and LT to earth, reconnect HT & LT supply line , commissioning in all respects complete all as specified and directed for the following transformers.Note :- Spares such as HT / LT insulator, bush, HT / LT terminal, brass studs , gasket, transformer oil for cleaning the core & shell shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items.

Material and labour for replacement old unserviceable porcelain disc type insulator, and supply and fix 11kv polymer disc type insulator, single disc assembly of 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for replacement 11 kv polymer pin type, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

Servicing the 11 KV GOD by cleaning the contacts, disc / pin insulator with CTC and applying the petroleum jelly at the contact point / down rod links for smooth operation including replacing the rusted / corroded bolts & nuts and defective insulator of GOD as required at site. Note :- (i) Insulator, male & female contacts ,copper strip shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. (ii) labour cost for taking down old u/s component and fixing of following new items deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for painting of HT two pole structure of 11.0 meter length after preparing / scraping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface and painted with two coats of aluminium paint including cross arms / MS channels etc complete all as specified and directed
