Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Finishing walls with oil bound washable distemper of required shade Old work (one or more coats) (Nerolac/Asian/Berger)

Wall painting with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on New works

Wall painting with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. one or more coats on old works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade. One or more coats on old work (Nerolac/Asian/Berger)

Whitewashing with lime to give an even shade one or more coats on old works

Cleaning of existing window glass panes with paint remover completely (LMR)

Polishing woodwork with ready mixed polish of approved brand and manufacturer on old work.

Renewing glass panes with putty and nails wherever necessary float glass panes 4mm thick
