Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation etc. and getting out in any type of soil.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Description same all as per Srl item No.1 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3 metre for foundation, etc.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, side and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces all as specified.

Use and Waste of form work to sides and soffits of floor and roof beams, bressmers, lintels, cantilevers , etc for rough finished surface all as specified.

Use and waste of formwork for sides of columns posts, struts, piers square or rectangular or polygonal rough finished surfaces all as specified.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, pilnth beams, footings etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns complete all as specified.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor or tie beams complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for TMT bar 10mm dia conforming to Fe 550 and over cut to length bend to shape required including cracking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with chips as directed.

Material and Labour for TMT bar 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia conforming to Fe -550 as in stirrups, spacer and binders including cracking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & bindings with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip all as specified directed.

Material and Labour for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, using old size straight on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1.:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces brick/concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 rendering is to be finished even and smooth ( without using extra cement all as apecified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Suply and fixing Galvanized, 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia , barbed with 2mm dia , barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of ganvanized mild steel pins etc, as directed.

Mild steel (MS Angle Iron) as in posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops shape as directed drilled notching for wire etc incl all necessary drilling etc. And similar work incl embedding in concrete conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165. (Unit rate also include for locking holes after fixing of barbed wire and welding to bent portion as directed.)

Material and labour for mild steel work as in framed grills/guard bars etc. with ends of bars shoulders or revited conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer all as apecified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 110mm PVC (SWR) bore pipe single socket for weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

Merial and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 ( usinfg 12.5mm graded agg) as coping , roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, cills, coping etc and like including weathering and slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including fair finishing to top surface and includig form work where required as directed by Engineer- in - Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masnory, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinformed cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in ground floor and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Separating , scraping and cleaning of reinforcement (Demolition of concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Barbed wire in fencing of any description all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for forming square grooves in plaster nexc 12mm deep and n exc 15mm on face of plaster at the junction of brick work and RCC Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling concertina coil (of expended length 8 metre) of any description or in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing concertina coil galvanized 60cm dia (8mtr length) including securing tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Sch 'A' Part - II (Schedule of credit) Amount of Rs. 22,23,830.60 during AOC. Note: Tenderers shall not quote for this schedule.
