SPL REPAIR IN REPLACEMENT OF CI PIPE LINE WITH DI PIPE LINES FROM RAJPUT PUMP HOUSE TO CHATTERJEE PARADE GROUND AT FATEHGARH CANTT

Amount

Excavation in trenches n exc1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe and getting out in soft/loose soil including forming bottom surface to require slope and gradient complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levellling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material soil not excluding 50 m and depositing where directed at the level not excluding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Taking out/ Dismantling of CI/GI water mains including all CI fittings of 150mm size, including cleaning of scale and all loose material from inner part of the bore and recoving of lead, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation shall be measured and paid separtely under the respective items of this schedule

Supply,laying,jointing and testing of 150 mm bore ductile iron (DI) , pressure pipes with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast class K-7 , with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS 8329 and other relevant standards followed by a finishing layer of epoxy paint in outer side, suitable for push on joint ( rubber gasket joint ) in any length with inside cement mortar lining incl tyton rubber push on joint laid in trenches complete all as specified

Re-fixing of 150 mm bore CI water mains as obtained from dismantling after de-scaling/ cleaning in trenches/walls/ floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of CI/DI pipe of 100/150 mm bore including inserting of Tee, collars, connecting pieces etc in between and making pipe line workable after repairs complete all as spcified and directed. (Note:- Excavation, returing, filling in, removal of surplus soil shall not be measured and paid separtely)

S&F in replacement cast iron sluice valve class PN 1.6 heavy duty both ends flanged, suitable for 150 mm bore conforming to IS 14846 of 2000 duly ISI markedm with wheel operated handle with high tensile stainless steel spindle, including nuts, bolts, washers etc of required size including taking out old existing unserviceable sluice valve and including making arrangement for safe working complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves with two air Outlets, 50 mm dia bore and fixing Up in cast iron water supply mains of size 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing DI fittings as per BSEN:545 IS-9523 such as bend (of any radius and angle) Tee, reducer, collar caps, plugs, glands, tapers and junctions etc of any description with socket/spigot/flanged at ends as per site requirement suitable up to 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of brick masonry valve pits with sub-class 'B' brick built in cement mortar (1:4) of size 1200 x 1200 x 1200 mm (internal dimension) with one brick walling and 150 cm x150 cm x 10 cm base foudation with PCC (1:3:6) rendering cement plastering 10 mm thick with cement mortar (1:4) on internal & exposed surfaces, including MS cover of size 01 mtr x 01 mtr made out from 3 mm thick MS sheet including 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron framing on MS cover as well as on top wall of the valve pit & painting of the MS cover with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary earth work & demolitioln of the existing old valve pit complete all as specified and as directed.
