M&L for painting complete with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Mushroom/Olive green colour) internally and externally by using sprayer gun machine all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing shelf of size and thickness as per existing one including removing old shelf and welding/reverting/cliping as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing locks as per existing pattern including removing old lock complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing chromium plated handle including removing old handle complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing three way locking device as per existing/suitable locking device complete all as specified and dierected by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Legs made out with 1mm thick MS sheet for Almirah large and welding/reveting/cliping as required including removing old leg complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing existing U/S shutters and S&F new shutters made out to 1 mm thick MS shut size as per existing and directed by Engineer - in -Charge

Almirah Medium Steel (FD-67/243/1031)

M&L for painting complete with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Mushroom/Olive green) internally and externally by using spray gunner machine all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Chair CBA Steel (FD-75)

M&L for painting with one coat of synthetic enamal paint on steel surface and polishing with French polish on wooden surface all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 1st class teak wood seat duly canned with 2mm plastic cane and polishing on wooden surface including removing old one.

S&F 1st class teak wood back duly canned with 2mm plastic cane and polishing on wooden surface including removing old one.

S&F PVC rubber shoes for chair CBA incuding removing old one

S& F 1st class teak wood handle rest with polishing for CBA chair including removing old one.

CHAIR DINING

Removing existing U/S PU foam and provide new PU foam 75 mm thick for seat and shall be covered with superior quality tapastry cloth over a cover of cloth malmal. Cost of tapastry should not be less than Rs. 500/- per meter. Make of PU foam : SLEEP WELL (40 density) or its techno commercially equivalent.

Chair Revolving Adjustable

Removing existing U/S foam and provide new PU foam 50 mm thick for seat & back and shall be covered with superior quality tapastry cloth over a cover of cloth malmal. Cost of tapastry should not be less than Rs. 500/- per meter. Make of PU foam : SLEEP WELL (40 density)or its techno commercially equivalent.

Removing of existing U/S base and supply & fixing new base with suitable caster wheels size as per existing size.

Removing existing U/S adjustable mechanism and S & F new suitable adjustable mechanism as per existing size.

Removing existing U/S rubber handle and S & F new suitable rubber handle.

Removing existing broken u/s caster wheels and supply and fix as per existing size.

Charpoy GI pipe with plywood top

Removing old broken long rails from charpoy GI pipe with ply wood top and S&F new long rails duly made out by GI pipe 32mm dia, Medium grade

Removing old broken short rails from charpoy GI pipe with ply wood top and S&F new short rails duly made out by GI pipe 32mm dia, Medium grade

Removing old broken legs from charpoy GI pipe with ply wood top and S&F new legs duly made out by GI pipe 32mm dia, Medium grade

Removing old broken short rails from charpoy GI pipe with ply wood top and fixing another short rails duly made out by long rails obtained from item ser NO. 17.01 above including cutting and one end threading and another end welding MS washer of suitable size all as specified.

Removing old broken legs from charpoy GI pipe with ply wood top and fixing another legs made out by old long/short rails obtained from item ser no. 17.01 and 17.02 above including cutting and one end threading and another end welding MS plate 3mm thick of suitable size all as directed.

Removing old broken GI elbow from GI pipe with plywood top and S&F new 3 way elbow 32mm dia with ISI marked.

Removing old broken GI check nut from GI pipe with plywood top and S&F new check nut 6mm thick 32mm dia with ISI marked.

Supply and fixing of 12 mm thick ply wood commercial BWR duly ISI marked of size 1980mmx900mm and rounded edges on four conrners fixed with GI bolts and nuts 6mm dia 75mm long with washers 3mm thick on GI charpoy and removing existing unserviceable plywood 12 mm thick from GI Charpoy top. (FD-220) all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing / Missing U/S Iron Flat need S&F new Flat iron size 40 x 05 mm thickness shall be welded to GI Pipe on both the side

chair verandah.

Removing broken/unserviceable plastic cane and re-canning with 4mm wide plastic cane of superior quality (white/cream) after painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint duly completed welding works wherever necessary required all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing broken/unserviceable rubber shoe and S&F new rubber shoe as existing pattern/size all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Chair computer

NOTE: (i) Ser Item No. 1 to 8 for carrying out the shifting/stocking/transporting/ cleaning/receiving/ depositing etc., 04 Labours is required to be provided by Contractor for daily. All painting work shall be carried out by contractor with spray gun machine. Please Note that all quoted rates are deemed to be included for the above items. (ii) All old un-serviceable materials retrieved from existing items should be cleaned and taken out from site and disposed off.
