Excavation in foundation for digging well in dry excavation from G.L.upto the level,where well curb is placed the level,where well curb is placed depth.
Excavation in foundations,trenches etc., in earth work in all kinds of soil, lift upto 1.50 mts. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mts. Clear from the edge of the excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms. Layers,when required into plinths sides of foundation etc.,consolidating each deposited layers by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as dierected within all leads & lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

GMS Pipe 150 mm dia Booster stage-I (Medium class P/E)
Providing, Laying, jointing and testing of GMSERW Pipe L-415 (X-60) bevelled edged conforming to ISO:3183-2012 of following mentoned grade, diameter and wall thickness in trenches having random lengths of 5-7 mtrs including cost of fabrication of minimum 3 cut bends of required degree. The pipe shall have inside & out side Galvanisation at manufacturer work conforming to IS:4736-1986 (with upto date ammendments). The pipe shall be jointed with circumferencial butt welded joints by electric arc welding with minimum three layers of welds so as to achive the minimum effective thorat thickness and strength of welds conforming to IS: 816-1969 sepecification, by using welding electrodes of 2.50 mm to 6.30 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Ador)- CITOJET / Esab make, conforming to IS:814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects. The pipe shall conform to relevant BIS codes & capable of with standing the feild test pressure equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure including all type of fittings such as bends, tapers/ reducers, flanges, rubber gaskets 3mmthick, nuts & bolts and any other fitting required at site and work shall be to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying and fixing of Kirloskar/Sachdeva/RG /Leader or any other approved make of suitable size cast iron flanged sluice valve confirming IS 780:1984(P-1), size equal to dia of suction pipe Class PN1.0 provided with hand wheel/Cast iron Cap. in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying and fixing of Kirloskar /Sachdeva/RG /Leader or any other approved make of suitable size cast steel double flanged Actuated sluice valve having size one step higher to delivery of pump and capable of with standing nominal seat pressure of 104.00 Kg/CM^2 class ASA -600 in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Kirloskar/Sachdeva/RG /Leader or any other approved make of suitable size cast steel double flanged swing check type reflux valve having bye pass arrangement & size equal to dia of R/main ie. 100 mm for withstanding nominal seat pressure of 104.00Kg/CM^2 of Class ASA 600. in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & laying PVC insulated jointless, flat water proof copper cable of Siemens/Finolex/Grandlay /Gloster make conforming to BIS:1554 (Part I) -1988 or latest with up to date ammendments of suitable size for the pump sets offered(one cable carrying all three phases) including all other electrical equipment /accessories such as thimbles,flexible pipe, solder, nuts & bolts cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor. The type,size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities.In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.
a) On supply side of 3½ core coper cable Suitable size ( From HPSEB Meter to Switch & Starter).
b) On motor side 3 core flat joint less copper cable of suitable size ( From Switch & Starter to Motor) pump installed in the bore.
Supply of standarad make 100 mm dia circular/square dial pressure gauge of suitable range Fiebeg / Bourden / Precision make with all accessories such as stop cock,copper tubing etc. conforming to BIS 3624-1987 latest with up to date ammendments.
P/L G.I./MSERW pipe considering site requirements and having appropriate size in accordance with the delivery size of pumping set . The pipe shall conform to relevant BIS codes & capable of with standing the feild test pressure equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure including all type of fittings such as bends, tapers/ reducers, flanges, rubber gaskets 3mmthick, nuts & bolts and any other fitting required at site and work shall be to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The pipe material shall conform to relevant BIS Code and capable of with standing FTP equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure the complete arrangement shall compromise of
a) Suction Pipe to be specified by the Tenderer
b) Delivery pipe to be specified by the Tenderer
c) Common header = 200 mm dia
NOTE:- Actual laying to be done as per final drawings to be approved by the Engineer in charge
Providing and fixing double loop earth with copper plate 600mmx600x3mm thick electrode complete with material such thimbles nuts and charcoal and common salt, 25mmx5mm copper strips as per IS:3043:1987 with upto date ammendments for motors and other electrical equipments and digging of pits etc. complete in all respect.
Installation of all the above items S. No. 88 to 97 complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
