Providing Pre-constructional anti- termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier to the building by injecting chemical emulsion of required concentrations raft slab and beam, under Cellular raft slab, around the footings, column pits, trenches, pits, wall trenches, back fill, plinth filling, junction of wall and floor, side walls of foundation, external perimeter of building,surrounding of pipes expansion joints, etc. as per IS specification and as per the instructions of chemical manufacturer and all as directed.The treatment shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the technical specification and conforming to IS 6313 (PART-2) or equivalent BS specification.

Supplying and Filling with M - sand in foundation and others sub structures for 100mm thick and well watered, rammed and consolidated by power compacter. The rate includes the cost of M sand, compacting with mechanical compactors, labour charges for leveling, loading & Unloading and Transportation charges etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Supplying and Filling Gravel foundation and basement with filling crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted -1m3 etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1 : 5 :10 ( one part of cement, five parts of M - sand and ten parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for sunken portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foregin, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier.The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed.Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. Paving the Top of roof with Solar refelective tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. UPVC Window :Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized PolyvinylChloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm125GSMand 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multichambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDMrubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges offrame and shutter the shutter will be provided withEspag multi power point locks and also it operates ashandle. The corners and joints should be welded andcleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or browncolour glass 4mm thick should be provided to theshutter and it should not allow leakage of water evenat most ranging storms and should have key lockableaction, security protective hinges, strong lockingsystems and as per size for arresting noise and energyloss. SLIDING DOOR :Providing & fixing sliding door using aluminium powder coated door frame and shutter sections with matt finish, party glazed with 6 mm plaing galss and partly panelled using 12 mm thick both side prelaminated particle board, fixed with fixed & sliding aluminium channels and fittings like 2 door handles, one concealed 4 lever lock, door stopper, 2 nos- 150mm long PC Aluminium tower bolts etc. all complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of Gyp board false ceiling made with 10mm thick Gyp board and standard size GI channels at a spacing of not more than 1200mm c/c, on longitudinal directions and 600mm c/c on lateral directions with necessary fasteners for fixing the frames. The Gyp board sheet shall be fixed in the frames with necessary star screws and to be used for joining the frames. The rate is including cost and conveyance of all materials complying with standard specification.

Rate shall welding and consumables, etc. complete, as directed. Design of grills and the size of members to be used shall be got approval before put into use & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase near wet riser using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93.00mm thick Stainless Steel circular base plate of 304 Grade.The rate shall included for grouting into concrete with necessary supporting arrangements the hand rail in floor polishing buffing, bonding, cutting, grinding, conveyance, welding charges, electrical charges, etc. complete.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Handrails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia SS pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between.The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. ( The make quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting new walls with two coats of best approved quality weather proof water based emulsion paint over one coat of primer for the plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces, scaffolding etc. all complete as per drawings and specification for all heights.

Painting with multicolour (Panchavarnam) good Emulsion paints complete for the Vinamans/Gopurams, inculding cost and conveyence of all materials, lobour charges inculdinf Artist painter, working in heights, lifting of material, cost of brushes etc, complete-which including all extra for foldings-100sft, superficial area.

Supplying and fixing white colour glazed Indian water closet, Orissa pattern,with dual flush (3 & 6 lit) PVC cistern mounted on wall, Parryware or equivalent, with PVC, P or S trap having 110mm dia outlet and 50mm deepwater seal, embedding trap and water closet in cement concrete in 1:4:8 mix.

Supply, Erection, testing and commissioning of 125 A capacity dust and vermin proof horizontal type cubical panel board made up of 16 SWG CRCA Sheet with supply and fixing of the following interior switches with HRC fuse links arranged horizontally with horizontal busbar chamber and cable chambers. 1. 125A TPN switch disconnector fuse unit interior only with HRC fuses double break-1 No. . 2. 63A TPN switch disconnector fuse unit interior only with HRC fuses double break-6 Nos. The busbar chamber shall consist of 4 Nos 33mm x 6mm copper flat for phases and neutral and interconnection between incoming switch and buses.
