Item No. 9 - Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on Dry / Hungry black topping surface 3 kilograme per 10 square meter VG-30 bulk bitumen

Item No. 10 - BITUMINOUS MACADAM: Proving and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of Grading 2, premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site with VTS , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 50/75 milimeter compacted thickness with 3.4 % VG-30 Bitumen. -- USING 80 TPH Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, Intelligent Compactor with compaction analyzer and V-Sat attachment.

Item No. 11 - BITUMINOUS CONCRETE:- Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of grading 2, premixed with bituminous binder at the rate of 5.40 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with VTS , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 30/40 mm compacted thickness with VG-30 Bitumen,Excluding prime / tack coat. For Bitumen VG-30 bulk -- USING 80 TPH Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, Intelligent Compactor with compaction analyzer and V-Sat attachment with Stone Dust filler, using waste plastic at the rate of 8% of bitumen content.

Item No. 12 - Excavation for foundation by manual means in earth, soils of all types, sand, gravel, soft murum including shoring and strutting as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etc. complete.

Item No. 13 - Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of Mix-10 proportion with trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal in foundation including necessary form work, compacting and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum rtype mixer with SCADA with natural sand)

Item No. 14 - Providing cast in situ Mix-20 grade cement concrete for head walls of cross drainage work / retaining walls etc. including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing etc. complete.
