Design, Drawing, Construction of Clock Tower complete in all respect Turn-Key basis (Two part System) from reliable and resourceful Companies/Firms/Contractors having experience as per NIeT following latest IS specifications & direction of Engineer-in charge complete in all respect including supply of all types of materials needed for the scheme. The work will be start from survey (Soil investigation report already done by Haldia Municipality) by the agency and after approval of design and drawing the construction & Erection work will be started. All the material to be supplied by the agency must be as per IS standard and approved by EIC prior to the work. Other all the criteria given in the NIT:-
