Dehydration and filtration of 2.5 MVA transformer oil 33/11 KVA and indoor/outdoor/ isolation type at different location and different size of transformer from 63 KVA to 1000 KVA or any capacity Transoformers at DLRL location with centrifuging machine, manually operated and achieve BDV 60 KV including carrying out oil testing before and after the dehydration process for each transfarmer complete all as directed. Note : Required oil for top up will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule

Supply only topping up of Transformer oil as per IS :335, break down voltage not less than 60 KV all as specified and directed. Make :- Power Oil/Electrol/ Servo

M&L for Repairs/maintenance of 11KV HT VCB/SF6 breakers Panel including bus coupler of any type, size and capacity complete including the following :- Taking out 11KV HT VCB/SF6 breakers of 400/630/800 Amps rating trolley from HT Panel after switching off electric supply, checking of mechanical/motorised system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of HT VCB trolley including opening the VCB & checking the quality of insulating. Cleaning & servicing the fixed/moving contact & blowing out dust from bus bar chamber, spout gear mechanism and applying the proper lubrication/greasing and cleaning/servicing the entire motorised mechanism of VCB including all spare parts required at site, reassembling the VCB connection, testing, commissioning and putting on load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fix Gasket in replacement for upto 2.5 MVA transformer (SRC RC 70C Grade) with including all required T&P for drain out and refilling trainsformer oil after proper filteration,comminissioning and testing complete complete all as directed.

Supply installing testing and commissioning in replacement the relay module Micom P111 making necessary cutting in the existing panel and necessary control wiring FRLS of size not less than 2.5Sqmm and providing Ferules for identification and necessary spares for fixing complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.

Note: Fuse assembly for three phases will be considered as one Set.

M&L in replacement of Lightning arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo Amp connecting to the earth strip including necessary fixing spares as required at site all as specified and directed. Note: A set of three lightening arresters will be considered as one set suitable for 11000 voltas.

Repairs to AB switch (GOD) including replacement of male and female contacts, bolts & nuts and cleaning the carbon/ dust deposited on the switch contact surfaces and applying mineral jelly, oil grease to the moving/rotating parts etc after cleaning, removing carbon deposits including testing and commissioning the same for operation complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The repairs to three poles of AB switch will be measured as on job.

Material and labour for locating UG cable fault through high voltage UG cable testing van through TSSPDCL or any authorised service provider in HT cables of any size or distance complete all as specified and directed to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for tracing the cable route using ultra sonic cable route locator of any HT/LT UG cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Impluse Emergency First aid kit box with basic medicine like Band Aid strips of min 20 Nos, Anteseptic cream, Cotton, Surgical tape 1 inch, non sterial gauge swabs, Hydrogen peroxide bottle, medical spirit bottle complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnectiong and taking down the unserviceable gang operationed device unit of 33 KV complete from the structure for repairing including replacement Male contacts/movingg contact blads (set of 3) Female contacts/fixed contacts (set of 3) Tinned copper flexible jumpers and applying mineral jelly oil grease after proper removal of carbon deposit and refixing of switch AB gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on isolator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level from current rating upto 800 A,33 KV grade horizontal/vertical type complete all as directed all as directed by Engineering-in- charge.

Supply and fix pad 4 hole/6 hole clamps,pipe clamps suitable size for 33KV jumper in structure.

Material and Labour for cutting existing BT road/PCC of size 45cm x 60cm for taking out/laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and refilling the same in layers well ramming including watering as required and matching with the existing surface with 200mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and curing the same with wet gunny bags and removing debris to a distance not less than 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing 100mm dia, light grade for cable protection at road crossing/on poles and tubing sealed at both ends after laying the cables including taking out old GI tubing complete all as directed.
