PAINTING :-Preparing old painted steel surfaces (internal & external) by sand paper, cleaning, removing of existing paint by burning and applying of two coats of steel primer including denting patches by filling putty (metal paste) and painting Two coats to a uniform finish with synthetic enamel 1st Quaity paint (Make : Asian/Nerolac/Berger) complete, shade as directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing tapestry and cushions of sofa set by replacing old u/s cushion with 40 density U-foam cushion (size as per drg) including providing long cloth lining for cushion, covered with new tapestry cloth of first quality (as per sample available at BSO yard) of approved shade duly stiched in shape and provided with good quality nylon zip on one side for sofa set 5 seater for Set of 10 cushions. M&L removing old faded Tapestry cloth from seat/back cushion of sofa (single/two/three seater) by S & F new tapestry cloth of best quality not less than Rs 250/- per metre as per sample approved. size as per Drg and all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- charge .

Taking out old unservicable front or rear legs and S&F new legs made out of 1st class hard wood teak wood all as shown on drg.

Taking out old unservicable broken battens of seat and back and S&F new battens made out of 1st class hard wood teak wood all as shown in drg.

Taking out old unserviceable arms and S &F new arms made out of 1st class hard wood teak wood all as shown on drawing.

Taking out old unservicable side rails and providing new rails made out of 1st class hard wood teak wood all as shown on drg.

Taking out old unservicable long rail (front of rear) of sofa chair 3 seater and S&F new long rail made out of 1st class hard wood teak wood all as shown on drg.

Taking down old existing unserviceable PVC Seat of Chair dining JCOs/ ORs(FD/MAP-II/05) and S&F new PVC Seat (Sample as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE) as per existing drg,shape and size as directed by GE.

Taking down old unserviceable Bracket and S&F new bracket made out of 1st class hard wood teak wood all as shown on drg. New Bracket to be fixed with best quality SS Screws (ISI Mark)

Taking down old unserviceable Stiffner and S&F new Stiffner made out of 1st class hard wood teak wood all as shown on drg. New Stiffner to be fixed with best quality SS Screws (ISI Mark)

Taking down old existing unserviceable PVC Shoe from Chair dining and S&F new Rubber shoe for chair dining with best quality SS Screws (ISI Mark) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
