R.C.C(1:1.5:3) for R.C.C. works using 12mm to 20mm size H.B.G. chips for all floors, foundation & plinth etc. of approved quality, mixing as per approved design mix, hoisting, laying, compacting, curing including centring & shuttering with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, laboratory charges for performing design mix & testing as per relevant IS code etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge..(Excluding GST). for cover slab like kichen slab, water tank slab, sewage chambers

Rigid smooth leak proof centring & shuttering for RCC work with Ply/Steel plank & bullah of approved quality in all areas as per requirment of site at any height & de-shuttering the same after prior period of concrete setting including supplying of labours, materials, scaffolding, T&P all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge..(Excluding GST).

Reinforcement to R.C.C. works with supply of Fe-500 steel SAIL/VIZAG/RINL/TISCON or equivalent as per relevant I.S. & cutting bending, binding straightening of M.S. Tor Steel/Coil tying the grills and placing the grills in position including supply of 18 gauge binding wire with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, etc. complete as directed including cost of steel.(No wastage shall be paid. Dismantling and removing the old damaged shutters, chaukaths, ventilators, shutters with frames including removing the fastenings, depositing the dismantled unusable materials at departmental store with cost supply of all labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, all transportations etc. Complete & as directed by Engineer In-Charge..(Excluding GST).

Providing & fixing of 32mm thick factory made paneled hard wood door,windows, made out of duly seasoned & treated hard woods.
