M&L for attending compliants for repair and rectification of external LT electric supply on 1100 Volts grade, under ground / over head system alongwith necessary T & P, safety devices as per site requirement for the following type of compliants complete all as specified and directed:- Replacement of wornout jumpers, jointing and tightening with new ACSR conductor .tightening of loose jumpers, rectifying minor faults on LT OH line whenever breakdown occurs, Stringing of/reconnection of broken ACSR conductors, Disconnecting U/S connection/terminals of cables from over head conductor, cutting worn outU/S portion of LT cables of any type and size, Disconnecting faulty/Unserviceable connections of LT cables from MCCB/MCB of LT Panel/DB box , carry out repairs including taking out cables replacement of worn out aluminium lugs including crimping with crimping tools and cable gland from under ground loop line and rejoining the same to restore electric supply ,Disconnecting the electric connection during fault of O/H LT Line feeder whenever breakdown occurs, clearing fallen tree from O/H Line and Stringing of/reconnection of broken ACSR conductors of O/H Line, Tightening of nuts and bolts of LT insulators if found loose during fault and attending all kind of LT breakdown by deploying suitable Trademen/electrician with helper all as specified and as directed.

Trimming/prunning and removing of tree branches or any other forein objects from LT /HT over head conductor and clearing the OH Line of any type and size for one span of any length in 2 way /4 way/6 way conductor system. Notes: (i) Insulators of any type, connectors and ACSR conductor of any size required at site will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. (ii) The contractor is responsible for provision of Necessary T & P and safety equipments to complete the job. (iii) Quoted rate is deemed to inclusive of Replacement of Insulators, Joining the ACSR Conductor, Jumpering and stringing the ACSR conductor etc.

S & F in repairs, LT overhead line PVC separator with accessories viz clamps, screws and locking arrangement for fixing on four conductors system (for 4 wire) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, LT overhead line PVC separator with accessories viz clamps, screws and locking arrangement for fixing on two conductors system (for 2 wire) complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing of LT/HT over head line single ACSR conductor of OH line comprising of any size of conductor aluminium/copper/GI after opening binding wire from insulators and replace binding wire and achieved permissible sag limit of over head line conductor complete all as directed and specified. Note- (i) Restringing of line measure one conductor of 3/4 wire OH line . (ii)Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for cutting/trimming of tree branches wherever touching the over headline around one metre clear of over head line and removing trimmed branches as directed. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account..

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 m wide for taking out/laying LT UG cable, and getting out in hard disintegrated layer cocomplete all as directed and specified.

Removing excavation soil at a distance not exc 50 m and deposited where complete all as directed and specified.

Returning,filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and laying of Sub class B Bricks in trenches over the LT/HT cables for the protection of cables, laid across the length complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & spread unwashed dry local available river sand for sand cushioning for covering the under ground cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Punning thickness shall be measured and paid only.)

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate in foundation and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping of existing/new poles / foundation for poles, struts, posts etc including necessary form work, finished the exposed surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide including taking down old unserviceable PCC poles of any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel stripped or wire armoured electric cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor , 1100Volts grade of size 70 Sqmm 3.5core including taking down old U/S cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation in earth work if required shall be measured and paid seprately

Supply and lay GI tubing light grade for using in road crossings, poles etc. including taking down old U/S pipe where ever directed of size 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fix in repair wall mounted MCCB enclosure C Frame , factory made, suitable for C Frame MCCB 4pole, and including 200Amp copper bus bar chamber as outgoing, inbuilt, make Havells, Cat Part No IHECTP including anchoring inside the wall, making good of disturbed portion all as specified and complete all as specified and directed. Note: 160Amp TPN MCCB shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of external surfaces of steel tubular poles / rail pole of height up to 9.5 Mtr above the ground/coping by rubbing sand paper and cleaning, applying two coats of aluminium paint and providing 5 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" wide, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in singnal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT panel boards and Feeder pillar boxes by using sand papers and applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint through spray gun by arranging compressor at site with adequate power generating set complete all as specified and complete all as specified and directed.
