Dismantling and taking down unserviceable street light, HPSV / MH / HPMV fitting from the pole/High mast pole/Building including disconnecting the cable connections and refixing the same on pole and connecting up, testing complete after necessary repairs to fitting and replacing chokes, capacitors, ignitors, lamp, lamp holders, connectors etc. wherever required for HPSV /MH lamp fittings of 70W/125W /150W/ 250W/400W all as directed. Note:- 1. The spares such as porcelain lamp holders, capacitors, igniters, chokes of any capacity for HPSV / MH / HPMV fittings will be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only. 2. The cost of replacing of internal connections, screws bolts etc shall deemed to be included in the repair cost.

All as per item No 1 above but without Taking down.

Supply only porcelain lamp holders pin/ screw type suitable for HPSV / MH / HPMV type fitting 70 Watts/125 Watts and post top lantern fitting .

Material and labour for wiring street light fitting connection tapping from the line to fitting etc of 2x2.5 sqmm multistranded PVC insulated aluminum conductor including taking old cable all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs bracket for street light fitting made out of 40mm dia light grade GI tubing bend to required shape 1.5 m long including necessary GI clamps, nuts bolts and washers and fixing to the pole complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs bracket for street light fitting made out of 25mm dia light grade GI tubing bent to required shape 1.5m long including necessary GI clamps, nuts bolts and washers and fixing to the pole/ Building complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs FRP junction box of size 300mm x 200mm x 100 mm with self locking arrangement comprising of one No MCB SP 06 Amps with suitable din chanel, 4 way 32A PVC connector fixed to pole with Flat iron clamps of size 25x4 mm, nuts and bolts and connecting the incoming and out going cables all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 3 pole power contactor 32 Amps rated capacity 50 cycles 220/240 volts including Incoming & outgoing wiring with copper conductor of 10 sq mm size with suitable copper lugs complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs timelite distribution board of 32 Amps, 3 pole, 230 Volts Analog time switch complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC conduit 25mm with all suitable fittings fixed to the pole as down conductor up to fitting all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED Flood light fittings 200 Watt with pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP 66 protection including SPD 10 KV with all accessories all as specified & directed.

Taking down LED light fittings of any capacity from pole after dismantling from the pole removing the carbon from existing cable and refixing again on the pole after removing carbon all as specified & directed.

Dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable disconnected cables of following sizes from its existing location all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying and testing of LT under ground cable XLPE insulated armored heavy duty electric with aluminium conductor 1100Volts grade in trenches / passing through pipes of following cross sectional area. Note:- Excavation and earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning will be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying cables and getting out in hard / dense soil for laying cable/erecting poles all as specified.

Returning and filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified.

Supply and spread river sand for cable cushioning in trenches all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I/ Note:- For the purpose of payment, punned thickness only will be measured

Supply and laying sub class B bricks as cable protection cover laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to the length of brick all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing light grade 40mm dia for cable protection including taking down the unserviceable tubing all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC insulated flat twin core sheathed cables standard aluminium conductor 1.1 KV grade of size 6 sqmm cable all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC insulated flat twin core sheathed cables standard aluminium conductor 1.1 KV grade of size 10 sqmm cable all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC insulated flat twin core sheathed cables standard aluminium conductor 1.1 KV grade of size 16 sqmm cable all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Bamboo -IP-65 new generation,energy saving ,environmental freindly,long life aesthetically designed aluminium ladscape luminaries for diffused lighting with high power LED 8 watt including neccassary excavation and PCC foundation for errecting Bollard as per manufacture recomendation all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repair suspended neo high efficiency round highbay of 150 wattage in PDC housing . The luminiare has effacacy upto 130 Lumen /Watt to reduce quantity along with IP 66 protection all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repair New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light 25watts made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) coping for poles complete all as specified including breaking the old coping for laying cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair street light fitting, high power LED 45 watt light sources, lens enbedded P C cover having top opening, seperate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistence of IK 07,pressure die cast aluminium housing all as specified and directed.

M & L cutting of tar macadam road/ PCC hardstanding for laying cables not exceeding 45cm wide and 1.5m in depth and getting out including filling back PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, compacting ,curing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending colt or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint
