   Splitting Clause is applicable as per ECoR tender Conditions.

   Price Variation Clause: The price of the battery is based on Hindustan Zinc Limiteds (HZL) price of Rs. 2,18,800/- [as indicated in price circular of HZL dated. 27.04.2026] per M.T. of Lead 99.99% purity Ex- Chanderiya Smelter exclusive of GST offered by HZL circular. For every increase or decrease of Rs. 100/- or part thereof in HZLs above price for lead the prices quoted will be subject to increase or decrease as follows: Rs. 34.20 per set of battery of 110V 120Ah capacity [one set consisting of 19 nos. mono-block batteries of 6 Volt each], exclusive of GST offered by HZL in their Price Circular. In the event of variation in Lead price as declared by M/s.HZL, the price of Lead prevalent one month prior to the date of offering the material for inspection will be considered for computing PVC. For the purpose of computing aforesaid PVC, the HZL basic Price of lead (99.9% purity) Ex- Chanderiya smelter shall be taken into account without referring to any discount mentioned in the HZL Circular.
