Transportation ,installation, testing and Commissioning of 100 KVA Step-down transformer 11/0.440 KV) (Energy Efficient level - 2) fitted with Silica Gel Breather,oil filled and tested,complete in all respects including earthing of sub-station as per latest specifications and drawing adopted/approved by the department.(Transformer shall be Provided by the Department).

Providing, ,transportation ,installation, testing and Commissioning of GI Channel Cross arms (100X50X50X6 mm) and (75X40X40X6 mm) including transformer Belting, Clamps etc. fabricated out of Galvanised steel of different sizes to be fixed with G.I Nuts and bolts and washers.

Transportation ,installation, testing and Commissioning of ST Poles 9 Mtr long (410-SP-33) including excavation of pit and back filling soil & consolidating each deposit layer of by ramming and watering etc. (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department) (Poles shall be Provided by the Department)

Transportation ,installation, testing and Commissioning of ST Poles 8 Mtr long (410-SP-15) including excavation of pit and back filling soil & consolidating each deposit layer of by ramming and watering etc. (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department) (Poles shall be Provided by the Department)

Providing and fixing of V -Shaped GI Cross Arms (75X40X6 mm) with top Bracket including Clamps, GI Nuts and Bolts.

Providing and installation, & Fixing of 11 KVG.O switch of Capacity 200 A(09 insulators post type) with arrangement for paid locks and operasting rod.The operating rod should be G.I pipe (B class) of 250mm dia of requisite length.

Providing , and Installation of 11KV LA station type with all accessories (as per latest specification & drawings adopted & approved by the department.

Providing , transportation and installation of 11 KV D.O Fuse set with all accessories as per latest specifications & drawings adopted and approved by the department

Providing ,nd fixing of LT Fuse set consisting of Al connectors fixed on epoxy LT insulators with all accessories as per latest specifications & drawings adopted and approved by the department

Providing, and fixing of PVC Cable 185 mmSq. (as per latest specifications & drawings adopted and approved by the department).

Providing, and Fixing of bi-metalic Clamps for fixing of LT Cable with distribution transformers having Capacity upto 100 kVA. ( as per latest specifications & drawings adopted and approved by the department).

Providing , and Fixing of 185 mm2 Al thimbles for cable termination as per REC Standardas per latest specifications & drawings adopted and approved by the department

Providing, and fixing of 11 KV Pin insulators with G.I Pins (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing and fixing of Disc Insulator ( 45 kN B&S) with G.I Fittings compitable with ACSR 0.05 Conductor.

Providing, and fixing of GI Clamps with LT Shackle insulators including nuts and bolts.(GI Back Clamps to be fixed with out drilling/punching of poles).

Providing and Laying, testing and commissioning and stringing of overhead 0.05 ACSR conductor (Rabbit) on cross arms through insulators including binding and twisting with soft aluminium wire both side of insulator complete in all respects (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing and fixing of HT pole Earthing Complete by GI Rod 20mm 2.5 mtr long through GI Strip

Providing and fixing of LT pole spiral earthing 125 SWG Complete (as per latest specifications and drawing adopted /approved by the department.

Supply and laying of Cement Bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per REC standards 0 .45 cum/pole including muffing 20 cm above ground level plaster and curing of concrete in size of 600X600X 1700mm for 9 and 8 Mtr ST poles (540,SP-33 and 15) (the leftover pit after concreting to be filled with soil and boulders).

Painting of pole with one coat of Red-Oxide and Two coats of Aluminium paint (including cost of paint)
