To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2(b)satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Improvements & Asphalt road work of value not less than 197.76 lakhs. work done Certificate issued by the competent Authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 ,2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2(a) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 791.02 Lakhs, (in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only) Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Account indicating contract receipts issued by the competent accountant / Authority with UDIN number
Each tenderer should further demonstrate:3.3(b) liquid assets and / or availability of Credit facilities of not less than Rs. 118.65 Lakhs (Credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.,
EMD for Rs. 100000.00 shall be paid through KARNATAKA PUBLIC procurement PORTAL (KPPP) and the Balance of Rs. 4,93,300 by Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank or demand draft/bankers cheque/specified small savings instruments online/ or offline modes of e-payment. bidder should upload the scanned Copy of such original document issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank IN KPPP. The bidder has to submit the uploaded original Bank guarantee or other documents which described above before entering the agreement if awarded.
The Tender should have a valid KPWD Registered Class-II and above contractor.
