Taking down ceiling fans carefully after removing electrical connection of any make and size,bringing to MES workshop,dismantling blades washing of fan body and blades with proper detergent ,opening of fan motor and greasing and oiling/overhauling of ball bearing and bushes respectively complete including replacement of defective unserviceable ball bearing & bushes reassembling the fan motor and testing complete including replacement of unserviceable defective spare parts such as 3 core 1sqmm copper flexible wire ,fan capacitor 2.5/3.15MFD ,capacitor holding clamp PVC connector ,cannopies rubber reel hanging clamp with 12mm dia nut bolt etc of suitable length ,split pins heavy duty of sizes locking screws &fan blades fixing screws if found unserviceable /defective including refixing fan at required location all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge. Note Spare parts such as copper flexible wire fan capacitor,capacitor holding clamp ,PVC connector, canopies,rubber reel holding clamp,split pin, bearings/ bushes & screws etc shall measured & paid separately.

Taking down Exhaust fans/wall fan/padestial fan carefully after removing electrical connection of any make and size,bringing in to MES woprkshop,dismantling blades washing of fan body and blades with proper detergent ,opening of Fan motor overhauling and oiling and greasing of ball bearing and bushes respectively complete including replacement of defective unserviceable ball bearing & bushes reassembling the fan motor and testing complete including replacement of unserviceable defective spare parts such as 3 core 1sqmm copper flexible wire ,fan capacitor 2.5/3.15/4MFD ,capacitor holding clamp PVC connector screws &fan blades fixing screws if found unserviceable /defective including refixing the exhaust fan at required location all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge. Note : Spare parts such as copper flexible wire fan capacitor,capacitor holding clamp ,PVC connector ,Bolts Nuts , Split pin ,bearings/bushes &screws etc shall measured & paid separately.

Dismantling of ceiling fan of following size of any make ,taking out old burnt winding wires cleaning of slots ,replacement of unserviceable ball bearing ,bushes ,Rewinding of ceiling fan with suitable copper wire complete ,including insulation with copper enamelled wire size as per existing providing varnish ,reassembling the fan after proper greasing of ball bearing oiling of bushes complete including replacement of unserviceable fan capacitor 2.5/3.15 MFD, copper flexible 3 core 1sqmm wire,capacitor holding clamp canopies locking screws split pin rubber reel holding clamp with 12mm dia nut bolt with washers ,PVC connector 2way and blade screws etc (if required ) complete all as specified and directed Note : Spare parts such as copper flexible wire fan capacitor,capacitor holding clamp ,PVC connector ,Bolts Nuts , Split pin ,bearings/bushes &screws etc shall measured & paid separately. (a) 1200 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed .

(b) 1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of Exhaust fan of following size of any make ,taking out old burnt winding wires cleaning of slots ,replacement of unserviceable ball bearing ,bushes ,Rewinding of Exhaust fan withsuitable size of copper wire complete ,including insulation material E grading providing varnish ,reassembling the fan after proper greasing of ball bearing oiling of bushes complete including replacement of unserviceable fan capacitor 2.5/3.15 MFD, copper flexible 3 core 1sqmm wire,capacitor holding clamp locking screws split pin rubber holding clamp with 12mm dia nut bolt with washers ,PVC connector 2way and blade screws etc, , complete all as specified and directed Note spare parts such as copper flexible wire fan capacitor,capacitor holding clamp ,PVC connector ,Bolts Nuts , Split pin ,bearings/bushes &screws etc shall measured & paid separately. (a) 18" sweep(450mm)

(b) 15" sweep(375mm)

(c) 12" sweep(300mm)

Supply & fix in replacement of burnt out cabin fan motor of any size of any make reassembling the new fan motor including replacement of unserviceable fan capacitor 2.5/3.15 MFD, copper flexible 3 core 1sqmm wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Wall mounting fan of any size of any make ,taking out old burnt winding wires cleaning of slots ,replacement of unserviceable ball bearing ,bushes ,Rewinding of wall mounting fan complete ,including insulation material E grading providing varnish ,reassembling the fan after proper greasing of ball bearing oiling of bushes complete including replacement of unserviceable fan capacitor 2.5/3.15 MFD, copper flexible 3 core 1sqmm wire,capacitor holding clamp locking screws split pin rubber holding clamp with 12mm dia nut bolt with washers ,PVC connector 2way and blade screws etc (if required ) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spare parts such as copper flexible wire fan capacitor,capacitor holding clamp ,PVC connector ,Bolts Nuts , Split pin ,bearings/bushes &screws etc shall measured & paid separately.

Supply & Fixing of the following spare parts (a) Ball bearing of adequate size

(b) Gun metal bush of suitable size

(c) Split pin

(d) capacitor holding clamp

(e) Rubber reel

Painting ceiling fan off any sizes with one coat of milky white synthatic enameled spray paint of approved quality after preparation of surface ,filling of cavities with metal putty, rewritting the MES No on the fan body with black paint complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fixing in replacement fan capacitor of following sizes complete all as specified and directed (a) 2.5MFD

Supply and replacement PVC Connector 3 way

Supply and replacement Fan hanging clamp complete rubber reel nut bolt washer

Supply and fixing Fan down rod made out of MS tubing company made 15 mm dia duly painted of following sizes. (a) 60 cm long

(b) 90 cm long

(c)120 cm long

M&L for mild steel fan hooks as in repair made out of MS flat 40x6mm MS nut bolts 12mm dia suitable for GI pipe wooden truss or MS channel as per requirement complete including installation in any position i.e open or inside the ceiling (cost of removing &refixing ceiling sheet included in the rates quoted against the items complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement PVC Exhaust fans AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 230 mm sweep as required for fixing and electrical connection upto ceiling rose.

Supply & fixing in replacement LED security light fitting 35W including LED lamp pressure die cast aluminum IP66 with surge protection device of 10KV, IK7 LED (SEOUL) 6500K and connecting electrical to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor of size 0.75mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed including bracket L Shape and fixing clamps with nuts bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement LED security light fitting 60W including LED lamp pressure die cast aluminum IP66 with surge protection device of 10KV, IK7 LED (SEOUL) 6500K and connecting electrical to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor of size 0.75mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed including bracket L Shape and fixing clamps with nuts bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to GI earth wire 4.0mm dia connected to earth plate by means of nut, bolts, check nut & washer of galvanized iron or of steel, GI earth wire will be protected by 15 mm dia GI pipe 'light grade', watering pipe 20 mm dia GI 'light grade', GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layer of char coal and salt on all side to earth plate upto thickness of 150 mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto ground level, PCC chamber recessed for and including RCC cover including all necessary excavation & earth work, earth wire connected to O/H continious earth wire on pole, testing the earthing after completion all as specified and directed .

M & L for Earthing in repair complete with copper earth plate, electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 4.65m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 3.75m below normal ground level connecetd to earth lead of copper strip 20 x 3mm (from top of earth plate up to 7.5m above ground level) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of brass with protection pipe of GI light grade 40mm bore and connected to earth test point, earth plate surrounded by packed homogeneous mix alternate layers of charcoal dust, common salt and magnesium sulphaste 15mm thick all around upto height 120cm on top edge of plate and 30cm layer of magnesium sulphate over above layer and watering pipe 20mm bore GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh grade all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, testing on completion including PCC chamber (1:2:4), using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 50mm thick cover with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm C/C and angle iron frame including excavation earthwork and returning filing etc, complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing in repair copper strip 20x3mm including all accessories i.e. Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required and directed by Engineer In charge.

M & L for GI wire 4mm With GI protection pipe 15mm all as required and directed by Engineer In charge.
